This is one of the most beautiful and cleanest condos our family has stayed in ever. There was plenty of room and privacy for our group. My Mamaw had passed two short weeks before our trip and it was a time to heal with our family. The sea has a magical way of helping your heart heal. Although the water was not the pristine crystal-clear water the area usually has and was full of seaweed, it still was a beautiful and tranquil place. I would definitely stay again.

Sea Oats 509 was a cozy, lovely place for our family to spend the evenings after a long day on the beach. Everything was very clean and there was nothing overlooked as far as what a guest may need during their stay. The air conditioning and laundry dryer worked wonderfully all week long. Our requests were handled expeditiously, and we were very pleased with our stay. If all was perfect the rain/storms, seaweed and jellyfish would have stayed away but they deserve their place here on Earth too ? Even the umbrella/chair boys were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice place to stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and right next to ocean. Very nice little house that was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Little fenced back yard was major help with our dogs. Everything was within minutes of drive. 10 minutes drive to Henderson state park or just few minutes walk to beach at east jetty. We also rented from Kimberly Lang one of their pontoon boats at Fort Walton Beach. Zach was very nice and helpful with everything. It was reminder of how nice it is to deal with nice and friendly people! The only problem with our stay was "IT WAS TOOOO SHORT" as vacation always is! We will be very happy to rent from Kimberly Lang again!!!

We are a party of 5, our family of 4 with and my son's friend. We had a short but pleasant stay at the unit. The property is well maintained. It is spotless. The air conditioning works great, it is consistently cold in all rooms. It is not quite a beach front property, since it is located behind another beach front condo. However, the unit is on the top floor so you can see a bit of the beach from the balcony. Love the umbrella and beach chair service that is included. The location is perfect for us, away from the noisy part of town and only 15-20 minutes to shopping and restaurant. We definitely will be back for a longer stay!

I reserved island sands unit 303 looking for a quiet beach getaway during 4th of July week. Reservations, payments and email contact were so easy and when needed- had very fast responses. The staff (I wish I could remember the names of 3 different ladies I spoke with) were so kind and extremely helpful. The unit was on the 3rd floor, all steps but did not mind that at all. It was nice to have a parking space and not have to worry about looking for one. The unit was very nice, very clean, more than enough linens & kitchen stocked with everything needed. The view from balcony overlooking beautiful white sand and ocean. The boys working the umbrella/chair service were so helpful and nice to talk to, along with everyone else I met on the beach. Restaurants/ grocery took no time to get to, again very easy driving to and from. I absolutely loved staying here. Just what I needed for a quiet and relaxing vaca. Thank you all at Kimberly Lang!

Our arrival and entry were so easy! The condo is clean and well stocked with the essential tools for making any dish. The starter kit came in handy as I didn’t pack enough supplies. The pool area is clean and convenient as well as the short walk to the beach. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to the one issue that caught my eye. We would definitely stay again.

We love staying in the Surf Dweller unit. It has everything that we could imagine needing and it is just so convenient. We have stayed twice for national dance competitions and loved it so much. Island Echos had the best walkway to the beach. Only 10 steps to go up and down. That made going to the beach a breeze with a cart full of things for the beach. The pool was nice and cool. Unlike other places we've stayed. Unit 2M was cleaned and spacious. We loved the fan that was in the room. We will for sure stay at this unit again.

WOW! I was told that these beaches were beautiful, but I didn't get it until I saw it in person. The water is turquois blue. You can see down to the bottom. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was our favorite part. The condo was great. Management was great. More than we expected. 10/10

The unit was very clean and well kept, the kitchen was fully equipped , and we had more than enough towels for bathing and beach towels. The washer and dryer was exceptional. Excellent and timely communication with Mgt before and during our stay. It has a very clean and modern comfy feel inside. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Convenient parking spots which are like 15 feet to the front door. 2–3-minute walk to the beach and you can see the beach pavilion from the house. Well stocked bath and beach towels. Garden hose off the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice little deck area we used for breakfast.

Great location for our family! We rented 2 condos at Sea Oats. The ground floor unit was perfect for the little ones. We were able to all sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze! Both condos were well stocked and very clean! Even though we had a few maintenance issues they were quick to respond and repair. Kim Lang Vacation Rentals does an awesome job! Michelle is amazing!
