House is amazing, second time staying here! Things to improve upon would be still pest control, and alerting tenants to repair people before they are scheduled to arrive. We were woken up on a Friday morning before 8am by a repair man. Beat on the+ Moredoor until whole house was awake. Next morning were awoken to lawn service people. Also, shark fishing charters from Destin set up directly in front of this house and this house alone due to reef nearby in front of this house. They told our boys you cannot swim out here we are fishing for sharks. Needless to say we gave them our opinion on that. We paid amazing money to stay here, we will swim in front of this property. Was not the most relaxing vacation we were hoping for when it was really needed the most. However, I chose this setup to bring my Mom and knew she would prefer the quiet of the master without the view. Please be aware of your neighbors. We woke them once getting in. There were several times that I bent over to uncurl the edges which helped some but the rug was still not flat on the floor. I highly recommend that you replace it and rid yourself of a potential source of a lawsuit should someone trip on it. Other than that it was a great time for us. We also drove over the bridge and ate at BoShamps for more upscale restaurant and last we dined at Sealand in Ft Walton...very upscale and delicious. My overall stay was great; there's was a few minor things that was wrong. The sofa and loveseat need a good cleaning, found some hair in the blanket, sheet, and bed padding that goes on the sofa sleeper. Also hair was found in one the twin bed and+ Morethe master bedroom; a pair of pants was found underneath one of the twin bed. The stove is not level and it either cook to fast or cook slow it took a minute to figure to cook just right. And last, I hate that there's nobody to give out extra blankets or toiletries at night when you need it. This beautiful home is very spacious and gave everyone their own space when relaxing. Gorgeous views of the bay. Even saw some dolphins one morning. This was our first time staying at Fort Walton Beach. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 children (12,9,7,4.) The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows provided. The location of the condo was perfect, just+ Moresteps from the pool/hot tub and the beach. We were impressed with what was provided in the condo; plenty of extra towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and dish sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap dispensers at every sink, beach towels, trash bags, keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, hair dryer, travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bar soap in the bathrooms. Boogie boards and sand toys are listed in the description of the condo but I was told that they no longer provide them. There were two chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach for us. First floor condos are the best!!! That being said the end unit is in the direct path of the security lights in the adjacent buildings so I would suggest some black out curtains in the two bedrooms that face the side of the unit. I would also+ Moresuggest adding another outdoor chair on the patio so there is 4 chairs instead of three with a side table for coffee. Also, to solve the lack of pantry in the unit I would suggest moving some of the less used kitchen items to the laundry room cabinets so that there is room for non-perishables in the kitchen itself. I would also list on the unit amenities that there is already some beach toys, umbrella and 2 chairs there for use so you don’t need to bring that with you. The beach house was located in an excellent location providing beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound along with easy access to the sound if one chooses to swim or kayak. The large rear deck and and two second floor balconies allowed beautiful+ Moreviews of the sound and views towards the gulf. We experience a lot of storms during our stay so we had limited use of the outdoor seating areas but they were great for hanging out with our family. I am glad I chose this beach house especially due to the weather we experienced. In planning the trip I wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to give us plenty of amenities and room so we did not feel crammed into a small place. The two queen bedrooms were perfect for our two sons when you first enter the house and a nice size bathroom next to them they could share.there was plenty of drawers in the bedrooms but I believe things were hung up and did not need to be used. Each had an adequate TV but they watched TV in the family room and did not need to use them, but it was nice to have if needed. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious and the king bed was extremely comfortable. I loved great view of the sound which was the first thing I saw when I would wake up every morning. The bathroom offered plenty of space with two vanities and a simple but plenty adequate single shower and separate bathroom off to the side with a door for privacy. There was a convenient wardrobe in the bathroom that we used to we hang our shirts for easy access (more reason we never used the spacious drawers as we usually keep things in our suitcases). There is a good sized TV in the master but we never used it as we did all of our TV time in the open family room so we were near our sons and the adjoining spacious kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the sound from the kitchen and family room and the other beautiful beach houses that occupy the corner area. The kitchen had more than enough bowls, plates, and silverware (a few more glasses would be nice as with four people we prefer to wash more together than rotating the 6 or so constantly). The kitchen was a great asset and used often which worked out well since we could avoid crowded restaurants if it got too late and allowed us to baked pizzas several times when everyone was hungry after eating dinner around 4 or 4:30. I recommend getting uncooked pizzas at the grocery so you can easily prepare them anytime! The kitchen table has a large window to see the sound and the birds at a feeder not far from the property. I read previous comments regarding the number of steps so I was not surprised and did not have issues. Due to the location I realize the necessity of all the beach houses to be able to withstand storms and to help prevent significant water damage it is what I expected and probably made it more of a non-issue. I found it easier to use the stairs in the garage to the first floor - more steps but did not have the aggressive incline like the steps in front of the beach house. I asked for the codes to the garage doors and that made it so convenient to pull my vehicle in (I was in a highlander and could pull in the garage if I folded my mirrors in) if that helps anyone. I could pull in the right bay and had enough room to open the hatchback with the door closed. We had a break in the storms one evening and we were lucky to able to use the 4 kayaks once and I highly recommend it. Very peaceful and another way to spend quality time with our older boys. The kayaks were wet and filled with sand but I expect sand to be everywhere so we made sure we left them cleaner than who used them previously. We used the charcoal grill twice and we left the extra charcoal for the next family. The grate it pretty rusted (saltwater is not easy on metal) so I used aluminum foil over the grate before lighting the charcoal so something one may want to bring. Easily walkable to the Gulf side but not ideal with chairs and umbrellas (they can be rented). We were not clear on what was at the beach house so we brought our own but they did have beach chairs, umbrella, various beach items for use. We talked about riding bikes but with 2 adults and a 15 and 17 year old the size bikes were not big enough but looked great for 3 adults and kids and even helmets were there! We didn’t get to use the tennis court due to spending what good weather we had on the beach relaxing and shelling. The washer and dryer was nice to be able to wash items and not have so much to wash when we returned home which my wife appreciated. We did not have any issues that required us to contact Kimberly other than for garage codes. Minor issues that I noticed but by no means impacted our stay but want to be sure I am thorough: The right tall window next to the front door looked like it was damage in the storm (beyond anyone’s control) before we arrived which required a board to be installed for safety after the glass was covered in an adhesive tape to keep the integrity of the window together I assume until a replacement could be acquired. Possibly would be beneficial to have the board be about 1 or 2 feet higher due to the lock location. Being in an unfamiliar area I have travel alarms I could put on the door just to make the boys feel more comfortable but given the gated community and the surrounding area at no time did I feel unsafe or was I worried. This is a beautiful community and we LOVED it. The exterior door handles take a huge beating and unsure how long it takes to cause them to bubble up but would be a simple improvement. Again everything worked fine and there is no functional issue, just a minor cosmetic issue that would be easy to address. Overall the property and furnishings were beyond adequate and such a beautiful beach house and great location and I would not think hesitate to stay here again or rent from Kim again in the future. I am extremely satisfied and wished Mother Nature would of cooperated more!!views of the sound and views towards the gulf. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious and the king bed was extremely comfortable. I loved great view of the sound which was the first thing I saw when I would wake up every morning. The bathroom offered plenty of space with two vanities and a simple but plenty adequate single shower and separate bathroom off to the side with a door for privacy. There was a convenient wardrobe in the bathroom that we used to we hang our shirts for easy access (more reason we never used the spacious drawers as we usually keep things in our suitcases). There is a good sized TV in the master but we never used it as we did all of our TV time in the open family room so we were near our sons and the adjoining spacious kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the sound from the kitchen and family room and the other beautiful beach houses that occupy the corner area. The kitchen had more than enough bowls, plates, and silverware (a few more glasses would be nice as with four people we prefer to wash more together than rotating the 6 or so constantly). The kitchen was a great asset and used often which worked out well since we could avoid crowded restaurants if it got too late and allowed us to baked pizzas several times when everyone was hungry after eating dinner around 4 or 4:30. I recommend getting uncooked pizzas at the grocery so you can easily prepare them anytime! The kitchen table has a large window to see the sound and the birds at a feeder not far from the property. I read previous comments regarding the number of steps so I was not surprised and did not have issues. Due to the location I realize the necessity of all the beach houses to be able to withstand storms and to help prevent significant water damage it is what I expected and probably made it more of a non-issue. I found it easier to use the stairs in the garage to the first floor - more steps but did not have the aggressive incline like the steps in front of the beach house. I asked for the codes to the garage doors and that made it so convenient to pull my vehicle in (I was in a highlander and could pull in the garage if I folded my mirrors in) if that helps anyone. I could pull in the right bay and had enough room to open the hatchback with the door closed. We had a break in the storms one evening and we were lucky to able to use the 4 kayaks once and I highly recommend it. Very peaceful and another way to spend quality time with our older boys. The kayaks were wet and filled with sand but I expect sand to be everywhere so we made sure we left them cleaner than who used them previously. We used the charcoal grill twice and we left the extra charcoal for the next family. The grate it pretty rusted (saltwater is not easy on metal) so I used aluminum foil over the grate before lighting the charcoal so something one may want to bring. Easily walkable to the Gulf side but not ideal with chairs and umbrellas (they can be rented). We were not clear on what was at the beach house so we brought our own but they did have beach chairs, umbrella, various beach items for use. We talked about riding bikes but with 2 adults and a 15 and 17 year old the size bikes were not big enough but looked great for 3 adults and kids and even helmets were there! We didn’t get to use the tennis court due to spending what good weather we had on the beach relaxing and shelling. The washer and dryer was nice to be able to wash items and not have so much to wash when we returned home which my wife appreciated. We did not have any issues that required us to contact Kimberly other than for garage codes. Minor issues that I noticed but by no means impacted our stay but want to be sure I am thorough: The right tall window next to the front door looked like it was damage in the storm (beyond anyone’s control) before we arrived which required a board to be installed for safety after the glass was covered in an adhesive tape to keep the integrity of the window together I assume until a replacement could be acquired. Possibly would be beneficial to have the board be about 1 or 2 feet higher due to the lock location. Being in an unfamiliar area I have travel alarms I could put on the door just to make the boys feel more comfortable but given the gated community and the surrounding area at no time did I feel unsafe or was I worried. This is a beautiful community and we LOVED it. The exterior door handles take a huge beating and unsure how long it takes to cause them to bubble up but would be a simple improvement. Again everything worked fine and there is no functional issue, just a minor cosmetic issue that would be easy to address. Overall the property and furnishings were beyond adequate and such a beautiful beach house and great location and I would not think hesitate to stay here again or rent from Kim again in the future. I am extremely satisfied and wished Mother Nature would of cooperated more!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Barefoot Bay Condo this week! The condo is clean and recently updated. The views are amazing and the sunset every evening will take your breath away! Fully stocked paper products, linens, beach towels, beach chairs/ umbrella. The pier is private to the condo and we caught several red fish! A great blue heron visits every night fishing for his dinner! The only negative is the outside of the condo needs updating. Safe beach neighborhood and the ocean is a short walk up the street (there are also public parking spaces at the Emerald Isle beach access). There is a designated parking spot for the unit. This is our fourth year coming to Miramar Beach villas. This is the second year that we have rented this townhouse. We love the area, and the Miramar Beach villa community is beautiful. We had a few hiccups with our stay this time. The washing+ Moremachine went out, and the freezer stopped working. We were unable to do laundry or keep frozen food or ice. I reported the broken appliances early on in the week; however, repair man did not come in till later in the week, and the appliances were only replaced the day before we left. It was difficult to not have the washing machine working, as we packed clothing according to having a laundry unit for the week. Not having ice most of the week also was cumbersome, as we had to purchase a bag of ice once, sometimes twice daily and keep it in the cooler. A stronger line of communication between the rental company and the repair man would have been nice. The property is just as it is pictured. The issue we had was with the beach chairs. The management company called on our behalf but the staff of the ones putting up the chairs and umbrellas were rude and not accommodating to our request. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company was friendly and very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. The one negative of the unit is the noise of the pool right below can be heard in the unit with the doors closed. Which is only bad if you like to go to bed and try to sleep at a decent hour. I would recommend the rental unit get some cushions for the patio furniture as we didn’t enjoy the balcony as much as we could have since it wasn’t comfortable.4 days to finally get chairs reserved for us. The boardwalk at Okalooska Island (about 2 miles away) has fun activities every night too. There aren’t any beach toys so be prepared to pick some up before arrival. A box fan would be a great addition for those who are used to sleeping with some background noise. Uber’s to the Harborwalk ran about $35-$40 around 5:30-6:00 every evening and about $15-$20 for the return trip. Overall, I would book here again and recommend this unit/condo to anyone. You are close to the beach, close to nightly activities and restaurants, and have access to a great customer service team.service, and even a high chair. We loved our stay at Gulfside 402, it was perfect for us, family of 4 ,plus our fur baby Finn! Spectacular views, short walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen, plenty of closets and storage space for our items, wonderfully large master bedroom+ Morewith dressing room and private bath!!! The rooftop pool was incredible, also with fantastic views of the ocean! Fort Walton Beach is also a little less crowded than Destin, we liked that...the Crab Trap on the Boardwalk, had great food, more expensive but seating outside so you can get fantastic views of the Gulf! Very clean condo as well, would definitely return!!with dressing room and private bath!!! The rooftop pool was incredible, also with fantastic views of the ocean! First of all I just want to say that every member of the staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful!!!! We had an issue with a lock and it was nice to have someone come out very quickly to look at the problem!!! The management definitely+ Morecares about making people comfortable!!! With that said…… the entire place was exactly as advertised….. but better. The location was perfect and having a place floor level is so convenient!!! My only two suggestions to make the stay more comfortable…… is a better master bed!!! The bed was very squeaky and not incredibly comfortable!!! Also….. provide bedside fans. There is not amazing air flow in the master and it stayed warm!! Also, some people just need the noise! However…… even without these two suggested changes being made…… we would definitely stay here again!!! But with the suggested changes I would rate this place a 5 instead of a 4! With that said…… the entire place was exactly as advertised….. but better. The location was perfect and having a place floor level is so convenient!!! My only two suggestions to make the stay more comfortable…… is a better master bed!!! The bed was very squeaky and not incredibly comfortable!!! Also….. provide bedside fans. There is not amazing air flow in the master and it stayed warm!! Also, some people just need the noise! However…… even without these two suggested changes being made…… we would definitely stay here again!!! But with the suggested changes I would rate this place a 5 instead of a 4! I booked this for our honeymoon and I hit the jackpot. It was the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance and beach access is right across the street. Initially I was VERY disappointed on arrival due the refrigerator was out but Kim Lang had it replaced not long after our check in. The condo is beautiful and clean. I loved the spacious balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of extra pillows+ Moreand blankets. Extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap was included and even beach towels. I thought that was very nice, since most units don't provide anything extra. The kitchen was fully stocked with what I needed for cooking. The town home was great and the privacy in back was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. It was great to have some beach chairs available to use, and a ton of large beach towels that came with the house! Also, the beach+ Moreis lovely and only 2 blocks away (just walking through the complex and crossing the street) to get to the private beach entrance. The wifi worked great and passwords were readily given to us, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans (a few need replacing) and utensils (BBQ tools are in drawer under the stove). Cons -- it was fully light by 6am each morning and it woke me up every day. It would be nice to have some blackout shades/curtains in the master bedroom, as the light gets around and through the blinds. The first day there our milk started to freeze up on the top shelf of the fridge. Thinking it was just a little off, we moved all the milk to the bottom shelf and put the water bottles on top. Then a couple of days later we bought some ice cream. The next morning it was all melty and gushy in the cartons, despite being in the freezer all night. So we realized something was really wrong with the fridge. I called Kimberly Lang offices on Tuesday. They said they would get someone out, but were having trouble finding someone. So by Thursday morning, when we left it, was still broken. That was disappointing as we really like to have ice cream when we are staying at the beach. If the freezer worked or had gotten fixed while we were there I would have given it 5 stars. Hopefully it got fixed for the next renters. Overall it was a great place to stay. On a very good stretch of beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants -- we like Pompano Joes.is lovely and only 2 blocks away (just walking through the complex and crossing the street) to get to the private beach entrance. It would help those of us who are older and have trouble walking on uneven surfaces and getting up from sitting on a blanket. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was unfortunately very uncomfortable, but it was very nice to have access to the balcony from each BR. All in all, we had a great time! Thank you!for wading. The carpet was dirty. Other than that it was a great time. Rented the pontoon boat and sat on Crab Island was fun and taking a fish charter boat out and caught lots of fish and they cleaned the fish for us to take to a local restaurant where they fried the fish for us. Pretty fun place at Okaloosa Island/Destin. Was our first trip there and plan on coming back.raining. Gorgeous views from this unit! The King bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and washcloths. Would love to see more hangers added in the master closet. The kitchen was nicely equipped even though we did not cook meals+ Morehere. We had plenty of hot water as well! The unit is beginning to show some wear and the carpet will need to be replaced in the near future. The living room is large and furniture comfy! I would love to see the owners add several beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella for guests to use. This has been a huge bonus for other units we have rented in the past from the same KL company and was disappointed to see only a boogie board for use. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant! The location was close to the beach and easily walked each day. We really enjoyed our stay at Island Echoes. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, quiet and had just an awesome view of the gulf. Management was very polite and quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. We enjoyed walking the+ Morebeach and exploring Fort Walton. At the suggestion of a local we tried a little seafood place called Stewbys. The food was great and the prices were about half compared to the overpriced, nothing special touristy restaurants on Miracle Strip parkway. Thanks for a great stay! Our family had a wonderful time at the beach at Ft. Walton, even though the weather and water was a bit cooler. The Sunset cottage 5c was very comfortable and we could see the Ocean from our balcony. One of the best resort type condos in the area. Two pools, one heated (which was needed) a Lilly pad walk across the water challenge, two hot tubs, and a lazy River. The pool side bar was also reasonably priced and the pizza that came out of the+ Moreshack was off the hook. In the condo, the space was big enough for our two families which included four adults, two littles, and one 10 year old. The bunk bed closet was perfect for the two littles and the pull out sofa was good for the 10 year old though he would have appreciated a bit of privacy to escape the littles that wake up at the crack of Dawn. The decor in the condo was fun but there were WAY too many knick knacks. We get it, beach theme. It was fun, but they really chewed up much needed space. The furniture was functional and the beds were comfortable being equipped with pillow mattress toppers. Kitchen space was very small and the pots and pans to cook with are in need of replacing but i think all owners neglect the pots and pans thinking they will just get ruined so we get it. If you enjoy cooking and have your own stuff that you can travel with easily, bring your two favorite pans and cooking essentials with you to make clean up a bit easier. Kitchen counter space was limited so be careful of how much stuff you bring that will need to be out on the countertop. The condo could use some fresh updated electronics but you get what you get sometimes and we did not go there to watch tv. They could make the place feel bigger by getting rid of the cabinets that house the TVs and mount a couple new more updated flat screens on the walls in both bedrooms as well as the general living area. They did have a USB extension cord there which was thoughtful and helpful as well. The hard laminate floors were mostly trashed due to abuse from years of use and sand from the beach that inevitably comes home with you. Not a big deal but when the weekly rates are as high as they are, it would be nice to see that the floors are maintained. The master bathroom is huge. That is good and bad as it eats up otherwise useful space. My sister in law share a great tip and we used the tubs as storage for luggage and bags that we unpacked. Please note that none of this is to be construed as a complaint, rather just observations. We would definitely go back and would again appreciate the same space. We still give the place/ the space, the resort, and the area 5 stars. If 517a is available, book it. It was worth it. Beach was awesome and the pool area made it all worth it. Hit up FUBAR pizza across the street and make the trip to Destin for McGuire’s as well. Fun town!shack was off the hook. In the condo, the space was big enough for our two families which included four adults, two littles, and one 10 year old. The bunk bed closet was perfect for the two littles and the pull out sofa was good for the 10 year old though he would have appreciated a bit of privacy to escape the littles that wake up at the crack of Dawn. The decor in the condo was fun but there were WAY too many knick knacks. We get it, beach theme. It was fun, but they really chewed up much needed space. The furniture was functional and the beds were comfortable being equipped with pillow mattress toppers. Kitchen space was very small and the pots and pans to cook with are in need of replacing but i think all owners neglect the pots and pans thinking they will just get ruined so we get it. If you enjoy cooking and have your own stuff that you can travel with easily, bring your two favorite pans and cooking essentials with you to make clean up a bit easier. Kitchen counter space was limited so be careful of how much stuff you bring that will need to be out on the countertop. The condo could use some fresh updated electronics but you get what you get sometimes and we did not go there to watch tv. They could make the place feel bigger by getting rid of the cabinets that house the TVs and mount a couple new more updated flat screens on the walls in both bedrooms as well as the general living area. They did have a USB extension cord there which was thoughtful and helpful as well. The hard laminate floors were mostly trashed due to abuse from years of use and sand from the beach that inevitably comes home with you. Not a big deal but when the weekly rates are as high as they are, it would be nice to see that the floors are maintained. The master bathroom is huge. That is good and bad as it eats up otherwise useful space. My sister in law share a great tip and we used the tubs as storage for luggage and bags that we unpacked. Please note that none of this is to be construed as a complaint, rather just observations. We would definitely go back and would again appreciate the same space. We still give the place/ the space, the resort, and the area 5 stars. If 517a is available, book it. It was worth it. Beach was awesome and the pool area made it all worth it. Hit up FUBAR pizza across the street and make the trip to Destin for McGuire’s as well. Fun town!

We are a repeat guest at this condo. We love the condo unit, and the location. There are so many great places to eat near the area whether it be at Fort Walton or on the island or in Destin. Some of our favorite places include McGuires, Dewey Destin+ More‘s (on the bay and on the main strip), harbor dockside, the Shack, and what-a-burger. We also enjoyed going to Destin Commons Mall as well as the outlet mall. And there’s many boutiques that are so much fun to go to. There were pieces of something that had been broken and left by the previous guest??? Pieces of a candle holder maybe? The stovetop exhaust was detached from the pipe. We used the stove anyway. The grill wasn’t cleaned out from perilous use. We saw roaches. I realize that pets are allowed in that unit but the urine smell in the rugs was awfully strong. I have super smell and it didn’t bother my family like it did me. We LOVED the water sports and convenience of having them there. There was no paddle for the 2nd kayak. We were also given the wrong code to check in with so we had to call and wait for a call back to get the door code. Hope this helps, again, we enjoyed our stay.it. We were very pleased with our stay. We were there from the beginning of January thru the 1st of March. Construction was everywhere, but was only a minor issue. The building is looking great. Our condo was well equipped and decorated nicely. We had+ Moreone issue with a toaster, which was addressed immediately. The view from the 6th Floor is spectacular. We loved the house and the charming neighborhood. The second floor master suite was spacious and comfortable with great views of the sound. Be aware that there are a lot of steps. The house is built up above grade to protect it from potential+ Morestorm surges and there are 19 steps to get you to the first floor and 17 more to get to the master suite. This didn't affect us but someone lacking mobility might have a problem. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the sound and four adult and one child-sized kayaks to enjoy it. It is a short walk to public access to the fabulous white sand beaches of the Gulf. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not in service during our stay. We enjoyed the tennis court a short walk from the front door. There are four rackets in the garage and some balls in the garage. There are three adult sized bikes and four children's bikes available to use. The two stall garage on grade level is very roomy and we were able to park our car inside. Ask for the code to the remote garage door opener to save trips through the back door to push the door opener button. Just wanted to let you know that the living room furniture needs to be replaced. You sit on couch and chairs and you end up sinking down and end up sitting in the frame. Extremely uncomfortable. The owner replaced the crock pot right away, which I+ Moreappreciated. Our stay was very nice other than furniture. Response from Manager We appreciate the feedback. This is a brand new owner of the property. They have new furniture on order. Due to COVID there have been some delays on delivery. We had a wonderful stay at 399 Linkside. We appreciated how clean the unit was, and that so many things were provided to us for our use while we were there. (We especially appreciated the crockpot and the gas grill). We have been coming to Sandestin+ Moreevery year for seven years and always enjoy our time here. This year we discovered a new pizza place that was really good - Farm and Fire on 331 just before the Bay bridge. We also like The Red Bar for lunch and Don Pablo's for breakfast/lunch. This year we saw several dolphins while at the beach which was a real treat. We were also able to enjoy the heated pools and the play area at the Baytowne Village while our grandson was visiting.every year for seven years and always enjoy our time here. Very clean, with very charming touches throughout. People we dealt with at the office were wonderful. Unit had some of the usual wear and tear you have to expect with condos, but more updated than some and overall a very nice unit. We would+ Moredefinitely stay here again.definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful, spacious home with our loved ones. One thing we’d like to bring to your attention was an overwhelming odor in the bedroom downstairs. It smelled as though there was recently a litter+ Morebox in bathroom or that cat urinated on the rug. The pet urine smell was very strong, and all guests smelled it. That’s the only complaint, and we felt it was important for you to be aware. Aside from this, we really enjoyed our stay with our family and friends. The home was located in a perfect spot for our wedding. Thank you very much for the accommodations and for allowing us in a little early!box in bathroom or that cat urinated on the rug. This home is clean and convenient. For most of the time it was just the two of us, but for 5 days our son and family visited. Offered enough room to be comfortable.
