Wake up and walk out to the beach from the this ground floor unit to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Very easy access to the beach and pool, 30 seconds and you there!! Parking area also right by your front door.
Perfect Family Condo! Large spacious Unit with tropical decor through out. 10 ft. ceilings, Kitchen is fully stocked with granite counters, pantry, washer and dryer, bar with extra sitting for three. Spacious open floor plan as kitchen flows through to dining area that also sits up to six guests and living area with 65" Smart Flat screen TV and DVD player, Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Living room opens up to patio with a small grassy area. Great for small children, no balconies to worry about. You can head right out to the beach or pool from the patio. Master suite hosts a king size bed, sliding glass doors to the patio, large walk in closet and extra large bath and dressing area. His and Hers vanities, large soaking tub and separate stand in glass and tile shower.Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed with large closet, 19" TV, DVD player, Third bedroom hosts a built in bunk area with two twin beds, overhead lighting, 19" TV and DVD player. This room is decorated in a nautical décor. The kids will just love it!! Second full bath located near these two bedrooms.
Also included in condo! High Chair, Porta Crib and Booster seat.

Beach Service Included (March- October)

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Adult daughter's birthday and the start of summer. Xlnt location so close to the sand and parking. Perfect accommodations for our party of 6 and we even had a grassy si de yard. Very clean and well equipped. Would choose it again.

The beach was beautiful. The chair service was great. The pool was very well maintained. The condo was great for kids. The condo slept 8 but was a bit crowded with our 6 kids. We spent most days outdoors, so this wasn’t much of an issue. I would recommend staying there. The location on the first floor was great. Easy in and out.

We had a great time! Easy access to the pool and beach! We had kids ages 5 and under and it was perfect walking distance. The grills were right around the corner from u s too. The weather wasn’t perfect but having the quick option of running from the pool to the condo was perfect!  Trash shoot was right down the hall which was perfect. I would highly recommend it to families. We would stay again!

Unit was clean & nice. We enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the opposite corner from the boardwalk that gives you beach access, which was a little further than we typically like staying when we’re on the beach. Not having an ocean view was alittle disappointing, but we enjoyed the privacy we had on the patio, and not having a bunch of people walking by the unit. I loved being on the ground floor at Water’s Edge. It was convenient, safe, with easy access to the pool and boardwalk. The only reason I didn’t give you a 5-star rating is this: I’m an older person w/ 2 knee replacements and while I don’thav e any difficulty getting around I constantly watch the ground wherever I go. The rug under the coffee table in the living area is a safety hazard!! The outside edges of it curl up creating an uneven surface for the unsuspecting, even for inattentive children. There were several times that I bent over to uncurl the edges which helped some but the rug was still not flat on the floor. I highly recommend that you replace it and rid yourself of a potential source of a lawsuit should someone trip on it. Other than that it was a great time for us. We stayed in unit 102 at Waters Edge condo. There were 6 of us with (4 adults, 2 children). The kids loved their bunk bed room. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels (including beach towels), extra pillows, adequately stocked kitchen, beachserv ice, and even a high chair. There was a small yard for the kids to play and quick access to the beach and pool. Check in/out was super easy. The Harborwalk in Destin (about 5 miles away) has a Mardi Gras parade on Tuesdays and a fireworks show on Thursday nights. The boardwalk at Okalooska Island (about 2 miles away) has fun activities every night too. There aren’t any beach toys so be prepared to pick some up before arrival. A box fan would be a great addition for those who are used to sleeping with some background noise. Uber’s to the Harborwalk ran about $35-$40 around 5:30-6:00 every evening and about $15-$20 for the return trip. Overall, I would book here again and recommend this unit/condo to anyone. You are close to the beach, close to nightly activities and restaurants, and have access to a great customer service team.service, and even a high chair. The condo was great!! Very roomie!! I will definitely book again. The only thing that was missing was a beach view. But I did like the bottom floor, easy access. Parking was easy and close. The beach and the beach chairs made it so easy to justwalk t o the beach and do nothing. Everything was very clean. I did not use the pool but it was very big and nice. I highly recommend this place.
