Water’s Edge condominiums are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property is perched high above the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the white sandy beach and listen to the waves roll in and watch the watercolor sunsets in the evenings. Take a dip in one of the two beach front swimming pools. Located close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions… Water’s Edge is the ideal vacation spot for the whole family!
Water’s Edge 102 is perfect for beachgoers with children. This ground floor unit is a short thirty second walk around the corner to the pools and beach. Easy access from the parking garage. No balconies to worry about. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the grass.
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, breakfast bar, and dining area. A full-size washer and dryer. Ten-foot ceilings with glass sliders leading out to a private patio with grassy lawn. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 65” smart flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, a separate dressing area, and glass sliders leading to the patio. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a 19” TV/DVD player. A third bedroom with twin size bunk beds and a 19” TV/DVD player (This area is decorated with a nautical theme for children). A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Lovely place! We decided at the last minute to visit FWB instead of our usual Destin or Pcola trip. I am thrilled that we found this place! It’s cute, clean, comfortable and right o n the beach. We had 4 teens with us and the easy beach access was perfect. You are tucked away in the corner so you do not have to worry too much about other guests walking past your door. The pool is right outside and the beach is 3 minutes out the back door. Loved the chair service. You get two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. You do need to go down and ask for it and there is a possibility there won’t be any left so do not wait until afternoon to do this. We left several shirts behind in a closet and did not realize it until several days later. They were so kind to send them back. Most places would have claimed they never found them. 10/10 will be back!

The weather wasn’t perfect but having the quick option of running from the pool to the condo was perfect! Trash shoot was right down the hall which was perfect. I would highly recommend it to families. We would stay again!

The room was beautiful and very private. The condo was clean and had a high chair and pack and play that my grandson was able to utilize. Easy access to the gorgeous pool and the amazing beach. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked that the condo was extremely clean. I did however enjoy very little traffic by the door and none by the patio.
We have stayed in this condo for several years and always have the best time. My son asked his girlfriend to marry him on the beach this year. I have pics of him as a small child at wate rs edge and my daughter as a toddler. They are now 20 and 14, and we love this place so much. Thank you for years of great memories.

Unit was clean & nice. We enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the opposite corner from the boardwalk that gives you beach access, which was a little further than we typically like stay ing when we’re on the beach. Not having an ocean view was a little disappointing, but we enjoyed the privacy we had on the patio, and not having a bunch of people walking by the unit. The full size bed in the extra bedroom was not comfortable and could use replacing.
+ MoreWe stayed in unit 102 at Waters Edge condo. There were 6 of us with (4 adults, 2 children). The kids loved their bunk bed room. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels (including bea ch towels), extra pillows, adequately stocked kitchen, beach service, and even a high chair. There was a small yard for the kids to play and quick access to the beach and pool. Check in/out was super easy. The Harborwalk in Destin (about 5 miles away) has a Mardi Gras parade on Tuesdays and a fireworks show on Thursday nights. The boardwalk at Okalooska Island (about 2 miles away) has fun activities every night too. Overall, I would book here again and recommend this unit/condo to anyone.

The beach and the beach ch airs made it so easy to just walk to the beach and do nothing. Everything was very clean. I did not use the pool but it was very big and nice. I highly recommend this place. Low traffic, not crowded. A plus in my book!
