The Beach House
You will not find luxury like this anywhere else along the Emerald Coast. Located DIRECTLY on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's beautiful Navarre Beach. This Oasis hosts a King size bed in each of the bedrooms and has a total of 3 1/2 baths. The Main Master bedroom is located on the second level and has a BEAUTIFUL en-suite bathroom, large soaking tub with walk in shower. Second Master is located on Main level with Comfy King Bed and en suite walk in shower. The additional Master suites also hosts King sized Beds with a shared Bathroom with walk in shower. (One second level suite has a full sized baby bed) Kitchen is fully stocked with direct views of the Gulf while cooking your meals or Grilling on the outdoor deck which has a TV. (7 total flat screens inside house- including 80 Inch smart TV in main living area) You can swim in the Gulf or directly across the street in the Inter-coastal Waterway. The east bedroom has a Gulf and Inter-coastal water view.

Home also has a "Fun Room" that has beach gear and fishing items! 4 beach cruisers, 1 kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach canopy, beach cart.
This is a great place for a small beach wedding. Three car garage has lattice on the Gulf side that opens up for receptions & parties. There is additional parking right across the street at the beach access parking lot. The second floor balcony has enough room for about 4 tables that seat 4 for additional seating or smaller parties!Additional charges for weddings less than 25 guests is $500.00. Over 25 guests cost is an additional $1000.00. You must notify us and have approval for a wedding

This is a pet friendly unit!!!! Pets must be approved. $175.00 Pet fee per pet plus taxes and res fees.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy a beautiful day at the bay, crabbing, fishing, or sailing, where you can see dolphins and manta rays swimming. Nearby fishing piers and plenty of parking. Nearby attractions include Naval Air Museum and periodic shows by the Navy's Blue Angels; Fort Walton Beach and Eglin Air Force Base; Gulf Islands National Seashore; and all kinds of shopping and great restaurants. Convenient to the Pensacola (PNS) and Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airports.

Check in and out was easy. Beautiful home and great location. We enjoyed or stay thoroughly. Only issue was the rugs smelled of dog urine and need to be replaced or steam cleaned.

Great trip! House was perfectly located with great views. Great amenities with all you need for a great time on the beach. Very unique fenced in backyard compared to surrounding houses for the dog to enjoy some outside freedom. Awesome patiofurniture

Our stay was great. There were 7 of us and we were all comfortable. The unit was well equipped. Upon arrival the home did have a musty smell but the smell lessened on the second day. The communication during our stay was great as well. It would bean

Navarre beach is always a wonderful getaway. The Beach House is a large very comfortable home with beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and turquoise water. Some little household repairs that could make things much more comfortable: Asmentioned
before, 1) the vent a hood was detached, so still not working 2) the air conditioner in the master bedroom, woke us up with the return air vent rattling, needs tightening 3) Wifi connection to smart tvs, so renters can use their own streaming services for evening movies 4) smelly couch, that needs shampooing 5) repair 2 of the 3 garage doors 6) leaking pipes and hoses under the house and out back need repair. Reasons we gave the house a 4/5: 1) lots of room 2) cool air conditioning 3) bar ice maker was a life saver 4) comfy beds 5) well stocked kitchen for cooking 5) comfortable beds 6) beach towels 7) lots of fun outdoor accessories. Note: You don't have to bring anything. Includes: Multiple umbrellas, shovels, beach tent, 3 bikes/helmets, 3 beach carts, beach toys, floats, boogie boards, kayaks and more. House is amazing, second time staying here! Things to improve upon would be still pest control, and alerting tenants to repair people before they are scheduled to arrive. We were woken up on a Friday morning before 8am by a repair man. Beat on thedoo
r until whole house was awake. Next morning were awoken to lawn service people. Also, shark fishing charters from Destin set up directly in front of this house and this house alone due to reef nearby in front of this house. They told our boys you cannot swim out here we are fishing for sharks. Needless to say we gave them our opinion on that. We paid amazing money to stay here, we will swim in front of this property. Was not the most relaxing vacation we were hoping for when it was really needed the most. Excellent choice! 1 min walk from house to the beach. Spacious, comfortable, and the elevator helped hauling groceries and stuff upstairs! Everything we needed for the beach was already there! 10/10 would stay there again!

I just recommended the house to someone else, and we had a great time but there are some things that need attention to match what we paid. When we got there, there was a picture down with the wire hanger broken. Didn’t really know what to do withit
. There were pieces of something that had been broken and left by the previous guest??? Pieces of a candle holder maybe? The stovetop exhaust was detached from the pipe. We used the stove anyway. The grill wasn’t cleaned out from perilous use. We saw roaches. I realize that pets are allowed in that unit but the urine smell in the rugs was awfully strong. I have super smell and it didn’t bother my family like it did me. We LOVED the water sports and convenience of having them there. There was no paddle for the 2nd kayak. We were also given the wrong code to check in with so we had to call and wait for a call back to get the door code. Hope this helps, again, we enjoyed our stay.it.
