The location of this property is great! Perfectly situated so that you can walk to local restaurants and bars (Stewby's is our all-time favorite). We absolutely love the beaches in Ft. Walton Beach and have great views from the condo. The beach service was a great plus to this condo. You can tell the owner takes pride in the unit and does updates as they can. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our vacation.

Had a great visit to the beach! Loved the amenities in the garage: 3 kayaks and lots of life jackets, several bikes, fishing poles, beach toys, and beach chair. Was so nice being able to enjoy these activities without hauling things ourselves from home. House was perfect. We had fun at the beach. Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

The golf cart that was provided allowed us to get to the beach in a short amount of time and maximize each day of vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities. The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright, and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service, which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

This condo provided everything that we needed for our vacation. We were directly on the beach, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and pelicans. We also got to see some of the helicopters up close as they flew along the shoreline. When we first arrived, I left the code to enter the condo in the condo. The management was contacted and within in minutes they were in contact with us even though it was after hours. I really appreciated the managements quick response! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen while I was cooking, was amazing! We brought our 2 Dachshunds, a dog bed was provided. There was an area near the road that our dogs could utilize, which also had a station that provided bags for your dogs waste and a trash can for that as well. We found the peace and quiet that we were looking for in our vacation. The pool on the roof is wonderful. We would definitely stay at Gulfside again.

We had a great time and were very happy with our stay! Even though we were not right off the beach, it was an easy walk to the beach. There was a heated pool and hot tub right on our grounds, which was not super busy, so had lots of room to play in the water. The condo was very clean and everything was easy to operate! We liked it so much we have booked it for a third year. Everything a person could need for a successful stay in Miramar is there - towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a grill & cooking tools -who could ask for anything more! The unit is always clean upon arrival and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away! The unit is well furnished. The owner supplied more than the usual things normally found in a rental condo. (Even beach towels). The balcony was lovely and gave more than adequate seating. We found the unit very well cleaned. There was no need to do touchups to feel more comfortable. The rental agency was excellent. We had two occasions to call them and they responded quickly and efficiently. In making the reservation they were fun and made us feel like they knew the property.

My husband and I stayed with our 5 children ranging from 16yrs to 3yrs old. Plenty of space for sleeping everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The best part was that it is only 20 min from the airport. Overall amenities (heated pool hot tub) were extremely clean. The host provided more than enough bath towels and beach towels. Enough for showering for a huge family (which I appreciate more than you know!) Also included for our beach days, 2 chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost! Overall, would recommend for family or a relaxing get away with your spouse!
