We highly recommend Palms 403! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! While unpacking for a month-long stay, we appreciated the many storage options cleverly incorporated into the decor. We have stayed in many Okaloosa Island properties over the years and this one was by far the best stocked unit with so many items not usually found in the properties. Items such as hand soap, pens, paper, coozies, cleaning supplies, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked well above the typical bare bones, and I was able to cook, bake, and serve Easter dinner for the family with no problem! The view is gorgeous from the large balcony which has plenty of seating and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The beach access is very convenient and includes restrooms easily accessible from the beach. It is obvious that this unit is loved by the owner, which made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we arrived! We will rent this property again!!

This was our family's first Destin area (Okaloosa Island) experience. It did not disappoint! We have been renting in FL during spring break for the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best-stocked/outfitted condo we've rented -- when it says "extra" in the description ... it's no joke -- from extra sheets and towels to plenty of cookware, utensils and supplies and even sharp kitchen knives -- a necessity for our family since we enjoy cooking many of our vacation meals ourselves! One of THE best perks: the beach service ... daily umbrella and chair set up on the beach. Working with the KL office was easy from our initial contact via email/phone, to using the guest portal and finally the ease of texting simple questions to a local company was the best! We rented the pontoon offered to KL guests and had the same experience: completely easy and super fun! For the Sea Oats facility in particular, we were able to walk right across the street each night to listen to live music at AJs Bar & Grill. Our boys fished at the Okaloosa Pier every single day. Right next to the pier is a restaurant that cooked their catch for dirt cheap--they loved it! Highly recommend Sea Oats 411, but recommend the Kimberly Lang office if you want your spring break rental to be stress free!

The condo was very clean and had an updated interior. All the essentials were provided which made for an easy stay. All areas of the property were also well maintained and clean. Any question I had was promptly answered and taken care of. The area of this condo was perfect for our family. Close to all area attractions but in a somewhat slower area as far as other tourists. We loved this location and condo and, in the future, if we travel to this area again we would definitely stay here or at minimum use this agent again!!!

The location of this property is great! Perfectly situated so that you can walk to local restaurants and bars (Stewby's is our all-time favorite). We absolutely love the beaches in Ft. Walton Beach and have great views from the condo. The beach service was a great plus to this condo. You can tell the owner takes pride in the unit and does updates as they can. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our vacation.

Had a great visit to the beach! Loved the amenities in the garage: 3 kayaks and lots of life jackets, several bikes, fishing poles, beach toys, and beach chair. Was so nice being able to enjoy these activities without hauling things ourselves from home. House was perfect. We had fun at the beach. Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

The golf cart that was provided allowed us to get to the beach in a short amount of time and maximize each day of vacation. This house was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. The property manager responded promptly. The condo is about three blocks from the beach. It’s a very close walk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was well appointed. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. I highly recommend them.
