Our entire family was able to come together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We had the best time. Seascape and it’s amenities assisted in making everlasting memories. I don’t think we will ever forget it. We loved that the sound was in our backyard and the beach was within a short walking distance. The home was spectacular and spacious. We were very pleased with the condo. It was set up so nicely. We thought we had to wash at a separate area, but to our surprise there was a washer and dryer inside. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach. We all had a great time enjoying our stay.

I love how they have made use of the space provided, we had everything we needed and truly appreciated several extra kitchen appliances that are not always provided in rental condos/homes. Sea Oats 509 was a cozy, lovely place for our family to spend the evenings after a long day on the beach. Everything was very clean and there was nothing overlooked as far as what a guest may need during their stay. The air conditioning and laundry dryer worked wonderfully all week long. Our requests were handled expeditiously, and we were very pleased with our stay. If all was perfect the rain/storms, seaweed and jellyfish would have stayed away but they deserve their place here on Earth too ? Even the umbrella/chair boys were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice place to stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and right next to ocean. Very nice little house that was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Little fenced back yard was major help with our dogs. Everything was within minutes of drive. 10 minutes drive to Henderson state park or just few minutes walk to beach at east jetty. We also rented from Kimberly Lang one of their pontoon boats at Fort Walton Beach. Zach was very nice and helpful with everything. It was reminder of how nice it is to deal with nice and friendly people! The only problem with our stay was "IT WAS TOOOO SHORT" as vacation always is! We will be very happy to rent from Kimberly Lang again!!!
