We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The condo has everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked including all the little things you don’t want to buy when you get there. Only need groceries. We loved that our place had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the view and easy access to the beach and our dogs absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony sniffing the smells and people watching. The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved that there was a blender for making piñata coladas in the kitchen instead of having to go to restaurants to get them. The condo was well organized and had the cookware needed, utensils, as well as the normal dishwasher.

Our stay at Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals was nothing short of amazing. All we did was go to the beach and relax in the condo. But that was just what we needed. We enjoyed all the complimentary laundry/dish/bath & body soaps that were provided. The puzzles were fun to do in the evenings to pass time. The distance to the beach and the complimentary beach chair service was perfect! No need to carry any unnecessary thing down to our chairs other than our cooler. All the information we needed about the condo was easy to access through the guest portal provided. Any question we had was one simple text away. We really enjoyed our stay, and the location. It doesn’t get much better. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and walking just feet to the beach. The tennis and pickle ball courts were an added bonus. We were just minutes from great restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and the best breakfast place ever. Asiagos Skillet is a must!

We spent the month of February in Ft Walton Beach and Kimberly Lang was the leasing agent. We found them to be very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional in helping get the condo booked for us. We will be returning for snowbird season in 2026 and 2027, and Kimberly Lang has been our booking agent for these two years. Sea Oats 106 is a comfortable unit to stay in. Our stay was 2 months, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. It included a slow cooker. The washer and dryer are newer models. The living room furniture is very comfortable. It is easy to communicate with the staff of Kimberly Lang. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful!

Stayed at Sea Oats for the month of January’25… It was recently redecorated with new furnishings, dining table, love seat & couch, as well as coffee table & end tables. The master bedroom had new furnishings. The 3rd floor unit has a great view but wouldn’t want to go lower. The kitchen area has all the necessary appliances and crockpot, blender, coffee pot/k-cup. There are also 2 nice size bathrooms with showers, the main bathroom is equipped with a tub. Overall, a great unit that was clean and convenient to the pier and walking distance to some great restaurants! Thank You Kimberly Lang for always making our stay very enjoyable!

We love Palms 403 for so many reasons! We’ve stayed in many other condos on Okaloosa Island and we like the location of The Palms. It’s a quieter section of the beach and is conveniently located right next to the one convenience store on the Island. The building is well maintained. The pool at the Palms is on the side of the building and not on the gulfside so when you are sitting on your balcony you don’t have to worry about hearing joyful noise from the pool. The condo is very thoughtfully stocked with many items we’ve never seen in other condos such as beach towels, beach chairs, a Styrofoam cooler, cozies, a cooks kitchen including containers for leftovers, and even a pad of paper and pens. It’s a wonderful home away from home, you won’t be disappointed!
