An open floor plan with a Living/Dining area that includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. A private patio off the living room with landscaped area. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and full-size private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A second shared full-size bathroom in the hallway for the guest rooms. A half-bath downstairs. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that we rent exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
