Gulf Dunes 106 exceeded our expectations! The condo was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home. We especially loved the beautiful, relaxing outdoor space. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with incredibly easy access. The entire property was well cared for and inviting. Since we frequently visit family in Fort Walton Beach, we've stayed in several places, and this was by far the best experience we've had. We celebrated a 14th birthday here and created so many wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We had 6 adults and 2 children. We asked about a beach umbrella which was missing and it was replaced. They were very responsive to texts. The house is perfect for families with smaller children. They can play and swim right behind the house in the sound. Loved all the equipment available to use! Paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and the new umbrella and so much more! And the garage opened up towards the back so it was easy to take the toys out to the water. It was perfect for 3 families!! Each bedroom area provided privacy and separation from each other. Games downstairs were fun also and a fridge with easy access from the outdoor patio was awesome. House was clean and beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Plenty of towels and also beach towels provided.Overall this was a perfect place for our family and our grandchildren! The ocean side was a short walk across the street also. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

If there is a question you can text or call and get help within minutes. Always always always have had good experiences with them. Stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was gorgeous! Everyone staying around us was so friendly. The pool was just a few steps away and was very nice. The beach access was a little bit of a walk but was absolutely breathtaking and 100% worth it. The boardwalk over the harbor was beautiful, the kiddos LOVED feeding the turtles and ducks. Property itself was absolutely spectacular. I packed quite a bit of kitchen supplies and didn’t need any because of how well supplied it was. The stay was absolutely terrific! 5 out of 5 stars and will without a doubt stay here again next year and will/would highly recommend the property! Thank you for the lovely hospitality and aiding in our wonderful experience in Destin. We look forward to staying here again!

I absolutely loved staying here! We stayed in sunset cottages on ookaloosa island. Small condominium complex. Very quiet to stay here. Pet friendly unit. We had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets and towels. 2 balconies. Pool! Free beach service with chairs and umbrella. Staff through the rental company were super friendly and helpful. We rented the pontoon boat through the company. Zach was very friendly and super informative. We stayed an extra night. Amazing!

We loved that our place had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the view and easy access to the beach and our dogs absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony sniffing the smells and people watching. The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved that there was a blender for making piñata coladas in the kitchen instead of having to go to restaurants to get them. The condo was well organized and had the cookware needed, utensils, as well as the normal dishwasher.

We enjoyed all the complimentary laundry/dish/bath & body soaps that were provided. The puzzles were fun to do in the evenings to pass time. The distance to the beach and the complimentary beach chair service was perfect! No need to carry any unnecessary thing down to our chairs other than our cooler. All the information we needed about the condo was easy to access through the guest portal provided. Any question we had was one simple text away.
