Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing family vacation! There was plenty of room for our family and it was very well equipped with all the essentials. Loved that the location was not in the middle of the busy Destin roads but was close enough to easily get to all the attractions. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The AC wasn’t working well, and they immediately sent someone over and got it working great asap :) The walk to the beach entrance isn’t bad at all. The trek through the sand to the ocean is a bit of a walk, but that’s common with the vast beautiful Destin beaches. Other places would boat people over to enjoy the beauty of the beach that was within walking distance of us. We bought $10 snorkels, and it was well worth it. Snorkel right beside the jetty and you will swim through so many different types of fish. Several people were fishing from the jetty and seemed to have great luck. It was also neat that one side of the jetty was calm and the water so clear. If you go to the other side of the jetty there are more waves for body boarding and more shells too. We saw crabs and jellyfish and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We had 6 adults and 2 children. We asked about a beach umbrella which was missing and it was replaced. They were very responsive to texts. The house is perfect for families with smaller children. They can play and swim right behind the house in the sound. Loved all the equipment available to use! Paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and the new umbrella and so much more! And the garage opened up towards the back so it was easy to take the toys out to the water. It was perfect for 3 families!! Each bedroom area provided privacy and separation from each other. Games downstairs were fun also and a fridge with easy access from the outdoor patio was awesome. House was clean and beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Plenty of towels and also beach towels provided.Overall this was a perfect place for our family and our grandchildren! The ocean side was a short walk across the street also. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was gorgeous! Everyone staying around us was so friendly. The pool was just a few steps away and was very nice. The beach access was a little bit of a walk but was absolutely breathtaking and 100% worth it. The boardwalk over the harbor was beautiful, the kiddos LOVED feeding the turtles and ducks. Property itself was absolutely spectacular. I packed quite a bit of kitchen supplies and didn’t need any because of how well supplied it was. The stay was absolutely terrific! 5 out of 5 stars and will without a doubt stay here again next year and will/would highly recommend the property!
