We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The condo has everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked including all the little things you don’t want to buy when you get there. Only need groceries. No need to bring cooler, sunscreen, beach bag, water bottles, volleyball, fishing net etc.. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops. Highly recommend!

We loved that our place had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the view and easy access to the beach and our dogs absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony sniffing the smells and people watching. The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved that there was a blender for making piñata coladas in the kitchen instead of having to go to restaurants to get them. The condo was well organized and had the cookware needed, utensils, as well as the normal dishwasher.

And we greatly appreciate being allowed to check in early as our drive from Michigan was quicker than we expected. The pools and hot tub were perfect and very well maintained. Wow, What a great stay. The unit is comfortable and has everything you could need for work (unfortunately) and play. The view can't be beat. The beach was great, and chair service is a treat (they don't do that in Jersey) It is a fantastic place to get away with the family. Kimberly Lang is top notch. I am so happy we found you guys and this unit. We will be back!!

Our stay at Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals was nothing short of amazing. All we did was go to the beach and relax in the condo. But that was just what we needed. We enjoyed all the complimentary laundry/dish/bath & body soaps that were provided. The puzzles were fun to do in the evenings to pass time. The distance to the beach and the complimentary beach chair service was perfect! No need to carry any unnecessary thing down to our chairs other than our cooler. All the information we needed about the condo was easy to access through the guest portal provided. Any question we had was one simple text away. I highly recommend Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals for anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the location. It doesn’t get much better. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and walking just feet to the beach. The tennis and pickle ball courts were an added bonus. We were just minutes from great restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and the best breakfast place ever. Asiagos Skillet is a must!
