Contact person at office was very helpful and any questions we had throughout were promptly responded to. Garbage Chute was very handy as well as all kitchen accessories and extra beach towels! All the furniture is very comfortable and plenty spacious!

The view was amazing! We spent most of our trip on the balcony and were in awe of the beauty of the scenery. The location was on the quieter side of the area and pool was heated and nice.

We had a wonderful vacation. The place was quiet. I enjoyed stepping out of the back patio and walking on the beach. Definitely a family place. It was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and do our laundry when needed. We were also 5 minutes from the Gulfarium.

We are a family of 6, including our pup. We stayed 3 nights. We loved the location and the 10-minute walk from the beach trail and The Harbor Board Walk. The property was clean with just enough space for my family. We appreciated the balcony in the upstairs rooms, washer and dryer, and having a kitchen to cook meals. This is a great spot located in the heart of Destin for a reasonable price. We would definitely book again.

Very nice, clean condo in a small complex (only 9 units) right on the beach. Comfortably, nicely appointed with plenty of towels, even beach towels. Easy walking to restaurants and a great sidewalk one block away for exercise.

The condo Waterscape A335 was amazing. I loved the personal touches that the owners displayed. I liked that it was so close to parking due to my bad knee. I loved the beach themed rooms and furnishings were impressive. My kids adored the bunk room and enjoyed their own TV’s. I’m ready to book again. Thanks so much!!

We highly recommend Palms 403! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! While unpacking for a month-long stay, we appreciated the many storage options cleverly incorporated into the decor. We have stayed in many Okaloosa Island properties over the years and this one was by far the best stocked unit with so many items not usually found in the properties. Items such as hand soap, pens, paper, coozies, cleaning supplies, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked well above the typical bare bones, and I was able to cook, bake, and serve Easter dinner for the family with no problem! The view is gorgeous from the large balcony which has plenty of seating and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The beach access is very convenient and includes restrooms easily accessible from the beach. It is obvious that this unit is loved by the owner, which made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we arrived! We will rent this property again!!

This was our family's first Destin area (Okaloosa Island) experience. It did not disappoint! We have been renting in FL during spring break for the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best-stocked/outfitted condo we've rented -- when it says "extra" in the description ... it's no joke -- from extra sheets and towels to plenty of cookware, utensils and supplies and even sharp kitchen knives -- a necessity for our family since we enjoy cooking many of our vacation meals ourselves! One of THE best perks: the beach service ... daily umbrella and chair set up on the beach. Working with the KL office was easy from our initial contact via email/phone, to using the guest portal and finally the ease of texting simple questions to a local company was the best! We rented the pontoon offered to KL guests and had the same experience: completely easy and super fun! For the Sea Oats facility in particular, we were able to walk right across the street each night to listen to live music at AJs Bar & Grill. Our boys fished at the Okaloosa Pier every single day. Right next to the pier is a restaurant that cooked their catch for dirt cheap--they loved it! Highly recommend Sea Oats 411, but recommend the Kimberly Lang office if you want your spring break rental to be stress free!

This was my 3rd time staying with Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental properties at Sea Oats on Okaloosa Island and won’t be my last! The rental process is easy and both of the units I have rented have been very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a great week and highly recommend Kimberly Lang Rental properties!
