Always having the ability to communicate with the host is an added comfort in amazing condo! The location and the extras that were available was a great touch of thoughtfulness! I can't leave out that pontoon rentals are available directly from the+ Morehost! 10 STARS would be a more accurate review! I think a guest stay book would be great for this unit! This property deserves more than just five stars. It is beautiful, clean, fully stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. A short walk over a sand dune and you are on the beach. My friends that had never been to Destine before fell in love!! The+ Morewater is so clear, the beach so white and clean. We ate at the Back Porch which had a great view of the beach / gulf and the food was really good. Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels, lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, well+ Moremaintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. This unit is well maintained; we noticed little wear and tear after what was likely 52 weeks of high use since we last stayed. Not to mention what brings us back..... the outstanding view of the gulf and the close proximity to the pool. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Again, all our expectations were met.maintained properties and great communication each and every time. Beautiful location and condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s not unexpected in a vacation home. Gorgeous views of the gulf from the patio. We spent a lot of time on that patio to escape the cooler+ Morewinds and sun when we had enlightened beach time. Bella Riva 301 was an amazing condo. My family and i booked this trip for family fun on the beach and celebrating my mother’s 47th birthday. We originally booked a condo in the princess island but the property is under construction. The staff at+ MoreKim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. The team member Michelle was very helpful, and very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay. The experience with booking with Kim lang along was great.With that being said, My mom had a blast and have not stop talking about the condo. She stayed in the master bed room and of course she said the bathroom is fit for a queen like herself. The view was beautiful. The other guest and residence were around but it was a peaceful stay. We felt secured with the codes on the gates and doors. The condo had extra towels and linen if we needed. We literally had no issues other than mother natures stormy weather but the condo was so nice we didn’t mind staying in.Kim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. This was my 2nd year at Fort Walton Beach-same condo at Sea Oats. Absolutely love the location with pool and beach even though this year wasn’t as warm as last year. Miniature golf, ice cream, very good seafood and restaurants right across the+ Moreroad or take a beautiful, relaxing stroll down to the pier for more delicious food!
