Relaxing vacation on a beautiful beach. The management was great. Easy check-in and check-out process. The condo was so clean and comfortable. We went fishing and had our fresh catch cooked at a local restaurant in Destin just minutes after getting off the boat. 5 Stars

We enjoyed our stay each time. This was our 3rd year in a row to stay at Surf Dweller. We like the fact that the parking area is not miles from the units & that there are multiple elevators. The lock thing at the pool gates this year was very difficult to operate. We will be back next year.

We are a party of 5, our family of 4 with and my son's friend. We had a short but pleasant stay at the unit. The property is well maintained. It is spotless. The air conditioning works great, it is consistently cold in all rooms. It is not quite a beach front property, since it is located behind another beach front condo. However, the unit is on the top floor so you can see a bit of the beach from the balcony. Love the umbrella and beach chair service that is included. The location is perfect for us, away from the noisy part of town and only 15-20 minutes to shopping and restaurant. We definitely will be back for a longer stay!

My family and I loved the property! The room was great very well stocked with appliances and clean. You can’t beat the beach front view and a great size balcony! OooOoh and the roof top pool is so cool! The buildings not overcrowded either and you don’t have to walk a mile to get to the room! Anytime I had questions or concerns the staff was very quick with reply and always friendly!

Kimberly Lang was AMAZING, attentive, and courteous. The property was better than we thought it would be, the location was great, & though the building was old, the unit was SO clean. The dark teal carpet probably needs updating, as does the couch, but those things are minor. We really had a great stay!
