Stayed at Sea Oats one other time. I have always been impressed with the maintenance of this wonderful facility. Because this complex is only 7 stories, there are less people to contend with. The swimming pool and beach occupancy are very lite. Which makes for a pleasant experience. Our condo was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Decor is nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lovely place! We decided at the last minute to visit FWB instead of our usual Destin or Pcola trip. I am thrilled that we found this place! It’s cute, clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We had 4 teens with us and the easy beach access was perfect. You are tucked away in the corner so you do not have to worry too much about other guests walking past your door. The pool is right outside and the beach is 3 minutes out the back door. Loved the chair service. You get two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. You do need to go down and ask for it and there is a possibility there won’t be any left so do not wait until afternoon to do this. We left several shirts behind in a closet and did not realize it until several days later. They were so kind to send them back. Most places would have claimed they never found them. 10/10 will be back!

Sidewalk to beach, takes maybe one minute. BBQ grills were nice, the unit was clean, well maintained. We had 5 adults in our group. Plenty of room. Best part was the beach being so close, it was easy to go back and forth. Bbq grills were by pool, so could swim/visit. Would definitely recommend. From our balcony, could see the ocean. Easy check in and out.

Kimberly Lang and associates did a great job from start to finish. The unit was well-appointed and exactly as photographed. It contained everything we could possibly need to cook meals, snacks and prepare drinks. We loved the in-unit laundry, beach towels provided, chairs/wagon and plenty of linens. Unit 201 Pelican Terrace was an ideal location! I highly recommend it. We will likely stay here again!

Beach vacation. The walk to the pools and the beach access was not far. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the beach towels in the condo. Grill out back was nice. We enjoyed being close to the restaurants and the water park. We will return.

Most amazing experience and stay. We were a family of 8 with 2 dogs and had plenty of room. All the hooks to hang things to dry were perfect. All the extra pillows on the beds and extra bedding and towels! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Highly recommend this host and house. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
