Our condo was perfect and exactly what we were hoping we would get! It was clean, right on the beach, great pool, and quiet area. The beach wasn't too crowded so that was a plus for us too. We will definitely be saving this place as one we hope to return to in the future.

Such a nice condo! Super clean, great kitchen and bathroom. Loved the tv and the sweet balcony to enjoy breakfast at. Very quiet and wonderful king bed and pillows. Spacious bedroom. We will return hopefully soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We had 6 adults and 2 children. We asked about a beach umbrella which was missing and it was replaced. They were very responsive to texts. The house is perfect for families with smaller children. They can play and swim right behind the house in the sound. Loved all the equipment available to use! Paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and the new umbrella and so much more! And the garage opened up towards the back so it was easy to take the toys out to the water. It was perfect for 3 families!! Each bedroom area provided privacy and separation from each other. Games downstairs were fun also and a fridge with easy access from the outdoor patio was awesome. House was clean and beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Plenty of towels and also beach towels provided.Overall this was a perfect place for our family and our grandchildren! The ocean side was a short walk across the street also. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

It’s so easy to book thru Kimberly lang. I have been vacationing in fort Walton for the last several years. This agency is so easy to work with. If there is a question you can text or call and get help within minutes. Always always always have had good experiences with them. The parking passes and any other info u need during your stay are inside your condo when you arrive. You can book on line or just call. They also have a variety of places to stay and all along the gulf
