We love Palms 403 for so many reasons! We’ve stayed in many other condos on Okaloosa Island and we like the location of The Palms. It’s a quieter section of the beach and is conveniently located right next to the one convenience store on the Island. The building is well maintained. The pool at the Palms is on the side of the building and not on the gulfside so when you are sitting on your balcony you don’t have to worry about hearing joyful noise from the pool. The condo is very thoughtfully stocked with many items we’ve never seen in other condos such as beach towels, beach chairs, a Styrofoam cooler, cozies, a cooks kitchen including containers for leftovers, and even a pad of paper and pens. It’s a wonderful home away from home, you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed here 9 years ago, and it was great but it’s even better! Now with beautiful beach colors- new kitchen cabinets, counters, new bathroom cabinets counters lights new fans throughout! And a nice abundance of towels! This place was well stocked for families and sitting down to eat together! We loved our stay at the sand dollar cottage!
