Our family of 8 loved staying at Bella Riva. The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the management company was so easy to work with and communicate with. Probably the easiest booking, payment, door codes, parking passes, check-in and check-out we have ever dealt with. The location was perfect, and the beach access was right outside our door. The pool and hot tub area was very close by and pristine in water clarity and cleanliness of the deck areas. The free chair service was an added bonus. We never used the fitness room but it looked nice. We will definitely book through this company again, it was such an easy process!

Kimberly Lang properties are always the best. Always clean, well equipped, the beds are always comfortable and they provide beach towels! The only place I’ve ever stayed that provides beach towels. I’ll never stay with another property rental company in the Ft Walton area!

This vacation home was a dream come true for me and my family. The rooms and home themselves are awesome and set up very comfortably. The location couldn’t be better for families and children. Being able to swim and float around in the sound and then walk right across the street to the ocean was great and very convenient. The house had all the necessities, and we loved having access to the beach and water toys and chairs, etc. I have been to this house twice and would highly recommend it!
