Very smooth visit! Unit was very clean with plenty of space, beach and bath towels. We had to switch dates due to a medical emergency (with plenty of notice) and they were absolutely amazing and helpful. Will definitely be looking for Kimberly Lang properties in the future! Thanks again!

Our family of 8 loved staying at Bella Riva. The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the management company was so easy to work with and communicate with. Probably the easiest booking, payment, door codes, parking passes, check-in and check-out we have ever dealt with. The location was perfect, and the beach access was right outside our door. The pool and hot tub area was very close by and pristine in water clarity and cleanliness of the deck areas. The free chair service was an added bonus. We never used the fitness room but it looked nice. We will definitely book through this company again, it was such an easy process!

Kimberly Lang properties are always the best. Always clean, well equipped, the beds are always comfortable and they provide beach towels! The only place I’ve ever stayed that provides beach towels. I’ll never stay with another property rental company in the Ft Walton area!
