This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin size beds and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We had a great stay at Sea Oats. Condo 705 was nice and clean. Wonderful ocean view. Any questions I had were answered quickly through the management company. Very clean with a phenomenal view from the balcony. 1-2 minute walk down to beach. Located near several restaurants and shopping stores. Only thing I think they need to do is upgrade to newer and bigger televisions. With TVs so inexpensive thesedays it would really be a good investment in my opinion. We had a long drive and didn't take into consideration we were traveling to a different time zone. So when we arrived we was tired and the weather was very hot.
