Gulf front with a gorgeous view! There is a king bed in the master suite with it's own private door to the balcony and bath room. 2nd bedroom host a queen bed with it's own private bath, 3rd bedroom host a queen bed this has a connecting door to the bathroom off of the living area. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with just about any item you need. Dining area has gorgeous granite top table with seating for 6 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker combo) All bedrooms and living rooms have flat screen TV's. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Gulf from your private balcony!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat

Great location right on the beach - absolutely amazing view of the ocean! Within walking distance to some bars and restaurants and not a far drive to even more. Place was clean and more than enough space for our group of 7 - beds were comfortableand
it was quiet in the evening. Pools and hot tub were very nice. We were able to check in early around 1pm by just calling and checking to see if our condo was ready which we really appreciated - would stay again and recommend it to others! We walked down to the nearby fishing pier a few times and spotted dolphins, sharks and rays! The Sea Blaster Sunset Cruise in Destin was a highlight as well as a visit to Crab Island! KC’s Sandbar & Grill was our favorite hangout in the evening - great drinks, atmosphere and live music!and it was quiet in the evening. Pools and hot tub were very nice. Unit 603 was our home for two months. Life on the Island is very good. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Fort Walton is easy to get around. Kimberly Lang is a responsive property management company. I wish they would give youthe

This condo was perfect for us!! It was very clean and appeared updated with a very large balcony. This complex is only 6 floors high so we didn't have to wait on elevators. The beds were comfortable and stocked with good quality linens andbeach towel
s. They have 2 pools and a hot tub which were all well maintained with plenty of loungers. The kitchen was well stocked but for coffee drinkers just fyi it is a regular coffee pot not for kerig pods. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked this same condo for next August 2022. A great stay.beach towels. We had the best time at Summerplace Condo. The room was beautiful and clean. The balcony was actually my favorite spot to sit in the morning with my coffee and watch the dolphins play. My 3 kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. Wemostly
went to Destin for dinner and we also did a dolphin cruise with the screaming eagle. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back to stay in this exact same spot. We had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was about the two days when the pool heater was broken. I was REALLy looking forward to being able to swim every day. My suggestions for improving the condo: You need a new refrigerator with working iceand
water dispensers. Also the coffee pot programmer was inoperable and we had to plug it in and brew each morning. It would have been nice to wake up to freshly brewed coffee. I wish we had known ahead of time about the washer and dryer. We would have packed a lot less. You might consider some comfortable loungers for the balcony. Those chairs are not that comfortable. The sliding screens need to be replaced. The balcony door latch was hard to operate. Some of the drawer handles on furniture are broken. FYI The checkout info is not on the refrigerator, it’s on a sign on the bar. Your website is not user friendly. Also you should state ahead of time that the door code will not work until 4:00. That was stressful. Also the advertisement for sunset cruise/ dolphin watch should be discarded. We called them twice and left messages. They did not have the courtesy to return the call or possibly they are no longer in business. You might also include the location of the trash shut and/ or trash bin.and water dispensers. The WiFi was a little spotty but was addressed immediately when we called. Being right on the beach made for the best vacay!
