Spacious Fourth Floor, Two bedroom, Two bath Condo that sleeps 6 with an open floor plan! Fully stocked, renovated kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal in! Dining area with seating for 6 and Four bar stools at the kitchen bar. Living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Large flat screen TV. Large spacious balcony with a wonderful partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are spectacular!! Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with Flat screen TV.  and spacious Private Bath off of Master. Second bedroom hosts Twin Beds with TV. Second full bath in hall.

Wireless internet provided!!
Keyless Entry Lock. Self check in.
Beach Service Included (March- October)

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  Pontoon Boat

Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s,  the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

This was our family's first Destin area (Okaloosa Island) experience. It did not disappoint! We have been renting in FL during spring break for the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best-stocked/outfitted condo we've rented -- when it says "extra" in the description ... it's no joke -- from extra sheets and towels to plenty of cookware, utensils and supplies and even sharp kitchen knives -- a necessity for our family since we enjoy cooking many of our vacation meals ourselves! One of THE best perks: the beach service ... daily umbrella and chair set up on the beach. Working with the KL office was easy from our initial contact via email/phone, to using the guest portal and finally the ease of texting simple questions to a local company was the best! We rented the pontoon offered to KL guests and had the same experience: completely easy and super fun! For the Sea Oats facility in particular, we were able to walk right across the street each night to listen to live music at AJs Bar & Grill. Our boys fished at the Okaloosa Pier every single day. Right next to the pier is a restaurant that cooked their catch for dirt cheap--they loved it! Highly recommend Sea Oats 411, but recommend the Kimberly Lang office if you want your spring break rental to be stress free!

Awesome Stay!

The condo was very clean and had an updated interior. All the essentials were provided which made for an easy stay. All areas of the property were also well maintained and clean. Any question I had was promptly answered and taken care of. The area of this condo was perfect for our family. Close to all area attractions but in a somewhat slower area as far as other tourists. We loved this location and condo and, in the future, if we travel to this area again we would definitely stay here or at minimum use this agent again!!!

We very much enjoyed the condo. We found the accommodation to be clean and comfortable, and conveniently close to the beach. We found the various pillows nice because w e could choose the firmness that worked for us. The kids' bedroom was big enough for two teenagers. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a very enjoyable week in the area of Fort Walton Beach and the sea oats property. We highly recommend it!! First time I have ventured somewhere other than my normal place, and let me tell you... I will be back!!! Very Clean condo and the staff were very courteous and fun to be around. Very Peaceful rooms and looks as if they have all been recentlyupdated. The Beds were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were very accommodating in the suite. Location was great, close to the pier and to the Old Bay Steamer!!! Omg this was my first visit to the beach had been to Florida before but not like this. It was beautiful the place was fantastic. Loved being right there just a short walk from the pool and the beach. My "village" and I lived outside for a weekstraigh t with our little patio it was the perfect place to recharge with them. I recommend it highly stayed in #411 it was perfect for us. It was hard to leave! This condo had everything needed for the perfect vacation. We cooked all our meals and sat on the balcony in the evenings. It was perfect! Okaloosa Beach, essentially Fort Walton, was a wonderful surprise! We went there for a week on a family trip and had lots of activities to do, places to walk to (the fishing pier is about a 10-15 min walk on the beach) that include eating or variousa ctivities.
