Miramar Beach Villas 116 is an exquisite three-bedroom townhome in the gated residential community of Miramar Beach Villas. It is located right off of Scenic Gulf Drive where beachgoers stroll down the sidewalks. You will be only a Frisbee throw away from the sugary white beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-story vacation rental is accented by a beautiful balcony and a wide front porch where you can the beach breeze.
There are three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and twin bunk beds. This unit can easily accommodate 10 guests. The open living area and beautiful kitchen have everything you may need to create a fun family feast. A charming guest bedroom on the first floor includes a queen sized bed with direct access to the back porch and a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. The second level includes the master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat TV, and glass doors that lead out to the balcony. This room also included a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The full private bath includes a soaking tub and separate glassed in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony. The guest quarters share a full hall bathroom.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a puzzle, board games, and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Properties has enhanced its cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines. We are using thin bed coverings on all beds so they can all be washed in a timely manner between each guests. We do a two step process after each departure. 1st we sanitize or clean the entire unit to our very high standards and protocols. 2nd- Disinfect, we go back in and spray all high touch surfaces with hospital grade Covid-19 disinfectant. All sinks have hand soap dispensers to encourage the washing of hands. Maintenance: Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if units are occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check in and check out or when units are vacant to help decrease any chances of contamination.
Lushly landscaped neighborhood with towering palm trees, palmettos, tropical shrubs and flowering hibiscus. A private deeded beach access is in close proximity to a long palm lined boardwalk paralleling the sugary shore. Here you will find all sorts of water sports, including: Kayaking, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing. In addition, a quaint beach side bar and grill known as The Whale’s Tail is easily within walking distance. This provides a perfect spot to grab a sandwich or snack while catching the beach action or watching the regular volleyball games that are played there on the sparkling white sand.
