Exquisite three-bedroom townhome in the gated residential community of Miramar Beach Villas. It is located right off of Scenic Gulf Drive where beachgoers stroll down the sidewalks. You will be only a Frisbee throw away from the sugary white beach and the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. This two-story vacation rental is accented by a beautiful balcony and a wide front porch where you can the beach breeze.Â
There are three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and twin bunk beds. This unit can easily accommodate 10 guests (8 Adults and 2 children). There is a bunk area is for kids. The open living area and beautiful kitchen have everything you may need to create a fun family feast. A charming guest bedroom on the first floor includes a queen sized bed with direct access to the back porch and a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. The second level includes the master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat TV, and glass doors that lead out to the balcony. This room also includes a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The full private bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a balcony. The guest quarters share a full hall bathroom.

Second Floor:Â King master suite with a twin bed and twin trundle with full bathroom, queen bedroom, hall bathroom, twin bunk in the hall.
This home will only accommodate 8 adults and 2 children
The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a puzzle, board games, and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Miramar Beach Villas.  A fantastic location! A block to the south is the stunning Gulf of Mexico and all its treasures. The soft white sand is waiting for little fingers to make sandcastles and dig for shells while the soothing tides combined with a float create the most comfortable rocking chair you’ve ever sat in. It is a short distance to the area's outdoor malls, grocery stores and delicious restaurants. This Destin vacation destination is quite and serene.
Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, and trailers of any kind are not permitted on the property.

2nd Visit, we continue to come back
We liked it so much we have booked it for a third year. Everything a person could need for a successful stay in Miramar is there - towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a grill & coo king tools -who could ask for anything more! The unit is always clean upon arrival and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away! It even has a pool it's nice to sit by & visit with new friends, read a book or just relax & enjoy the abundant sunshine! We are looking forward to our return trip!
