Beautiful Condo just Minutes from the beach! Quaint 2 bedroom, 1 Bath sleeps 4! Open floor plan, with spacious living area and dining room that seats 4. Fully stocked kitchen with bar with seating! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed. Second bedroom hosts another Queen Bed- Huge closets in each bedroom!! Full Bath with tub/ shower!!! No elevators, small complex. Keyless Lock (Go directly to unit, no check in at an office)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Very nice complex with a short walk to the Sugar White Sand and Emerald Green Waters of Okaloosa Island. Also a very short walk to the very popular Seafood Restaurant Stewby's, a locals favorite.

Good location close to the beaches and easy to get in and out to town when necessary. All issues were addressed and resolved quickly. Our coffee maker stopped working and we received a replacement the same day.

Rooms were clean, short walk to beach but public beach parking was only a couple of blocks away. Beds are comfortable. Host was quick to respond and very friendly. Lots of food and shopping in the area, short drive to Destin.

This is a beautiful property that is very close to the beach. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were well kept with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well.
