Emerald Isle Resort has undergone a massive renovation, so you can enjoy the property’s amenities. You can relax on the sugar sand beach, and enjoy the water, or play a game of tennis on the private tennis courts, cool off in the beachfront pool or grill your fresh catch on the community grill.
This Sixth Floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo sleeps 6 and features fabulous Gulf views and an open floor plan. The Living area includes a new queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 50″ Flat screen TV so you can enjoy a movie after a long day on the beach. Or maybe you’ll all gather around the dining table for a meal of wonderful local seafood, and play a game together. Or mix up a batch of margaritas in our fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy the sunset on the large spacious balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Or if you don’t want to cook, head out to sample one of the great restaurants up and down the waterfront.
When it’s time to rest, enjoy the private Master Suite, where you can enjoy the fabulous water view from the King size bed, or open the balcony door and listen to the waves crash. The master also includes 32” Flat Screen TV, and a Private Bath. And your guests (or even the kids) will love the second bedroom, has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and is adjacent to a second full bath. The unit is fully stocked with books, games, puzzles, so there is something for everyone!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
