Soak in the large tub or Relax in the spa walk in shower after a long day at the beach! 2nd Master is located down the Hall with another on-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. 3rd Master also hosts a comfy King Bed with full shared bathroom. The Kids will Love the Bunk room! Equipped with Fun Games, TV and even surround sound for those fun "kid nights!" The adults will love the beautiful living area for gazing at the Gulf or lounging! Tons of seating with open concept living! The owner thought of it all! Huge Flat screen smart TV with surround sound! Floor to ceiling sliders in the living room and Main Master suite! Property has a minimum 4 night stay.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Amazing Property!!!
by Darcy B.I can’t express how amazing this property was!!! Not only does it have a huge balcony, with beautiful ocean views, it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ev er slept in. The location was great! Off of the heavily traveled roads where it seemed quiet but still so close to everything. We had our teenagers with and a preteen and they all loved the place! The bunk room offered enough space for all of them and they couldn’t wait to go from the ocean to the pool. We felt really safe at the property. We will definitely book here again!!

Bella Riva was the perfect choice for our family of 10. After doing my research of where to stay between Destin/Navarre, and reading most of the Reviews on this condo, my brothers/sisters all said it was the perfect choice. The rooms were allspacious
enough to accommodate each family especially each room having their own spacious bathrooms! The kitchen/laundry room was equipped w/basic necessities-and EVERYTHING works! So much towels!! This condo was so clean. All beds in all the rooms was comfy/so much pillows! We had 3 kids who loved the bunk beds! The balcony gave beautiful views of the beach, sun rise/sunset. Being on the second floor made it easy for the family to go down the beach with all the beach necessities. The included beach chair set up in front of the beach was def nice. Love that check-in/check-out was smooth. Love that management checked in with us twice to make sure we had everything we need. Also the pontoon rental provided with this place was great. Condo location was perfect-right on the beach. Condo was large enough for our family. Plenty of towels & laundry & dishwasher necessities. It was fine for us, because we “cooked” very little (breakfast) but could use few more pots/pans ifcooking
a lot. Beds were comfortable. We LOVED Crab Island & rented a pontoon boat-the 3 yr old with us said it was the best fun. Places to eat Stewbys(we did the market & got gumbo & their steamer meal-less wait time) The Shack, Floyd’s, McQuires(Destin & so fun! All restaurants were very good & lively, but one of the best was The Bavarian Wirthaus(definitely a locals place) fun & a great band. Very good ice cream place by Stewby’s. Don’t miss going to the pier-saw dolphin/large turtles & a couple small sharks.cooking a lot. Beds were comfortable.
