Absolutely gorgeous GULF SIDE condo with views of the sparkling emerald waters from a private balcony and from Master! This condo is tastefully furnished! Tropical isle 215- Features an open floor plan that is simply perfect for a couple or a Family of 4 with tile throughout. There is plenty of comfy seating in the main area accessorized with enticing accents of beach decor are sure to draw the attention in and create an appeal that is simply irrefutable! The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and you will be sure to enjoy your meal from the dining area or the expansive breakfast bar! Master hosts a Comfy King bed with a 43″ Smart TV with access to the Full bath through the Master. Living room hosts a Queen sleeper sofa and a 50″ Smart TV. It only takes 30 steps to get to the beach! Convenience at your finger tips!

12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide board games, puzzle and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

My family had a great stay! We were close to the beach, and the condo was stocked with every kitchen appliance you could need. We had a couple minor glitches AC and lock, but they were quick to get maintenance/ heating and air company out to us.+ MoreLiterally within hours. They really have the best customer service around. Condo was nice. It would be great for a couples get away. A little small when you start adding teenagers, but was everything we expected! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ Stay overall!

Clean condo conveniently located just steps from the beach! The condo had a well stocked kitchen with all utensils, plenty of clean towels in the bathroom, and comfortable bed! They even had beach chairs and board games. The property management did+ Morean excellent job of communicating everything we needed to know for access to the unit!! My family and I enjoyed our spring break and will definitely be back!!!

This year was a little different with the threat of a hurricane that turned out to be a tropical storm that was heading towards our area and at the last+ Moreminute changed its course wound up going east we have one cloudy day. A half a day of rain and the rest of the two weeks was beautiful and sunny as always got my tan on and got my fresh seafood the water cooperated this year. Especially like that with the thread of covid-19 around the corner the umbrella guys would place your umbrella where you want it. The pool is good too. The only bad things is that+ Moreyou need a lot of coins to use the laundry. If you need it be prepare for that.

Excellent stay! Just steps from the ocean and this condo had everything you needed- Umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The bed is super comfy and everything worked great. Only recommendation to the other guests is to bring extra toilet+ Morepaper. We stayed 9 days with 3 people and only had two rolls. Not a big deal, but that was the only time we had to go out. KL did a great job with the organization and details for our trip. Thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely be back!!!

The light and fan in bedroom was broken. They had two people come to tell us there’s nothing that can be done to fix it- and that bedroom gets hot at night. We had to take the mattress off the pull out sofa and sleep on the floor because the frame+ Morewas broken- we notified and nothing was done about it except someone coming to confirm it was indeed broken. The oven smoked really bad even when making pizza to the point we had to open the doors and smoke hurt my sisters eyes when she opened the oven. The toaster caught on fire when making a pop tart because the appliance was so old and the button got stuck. No refund for having to sleep on the floor or any such concern for fixing the issues. When advertised it sleeps FOUR, we shouldn’t have had to sleep on the floor. We had to fix the shower head ourselves(t It wasn’t screwed on properly) because it was spraying the entire bathroom and flooding it. The communication to report these problems were there but nothing done to fix anything and no refund was offered. We are very disappointed.
