This fun property is located at The Terrace inside The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin,FL. It sits across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark and is close to all local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Destin is the World's Luckiest Fishing Village! Take a short drive to the Destin Harbor where you can spend the day boating, fishing, or visiting the Harborwalk Pavilion! This Large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium includes: A Fully stocked kitchen with a large breakfast bar, dining area, an open living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 master suites with private baths, a third bedroom with twin beds, a private balcony with amazing views of terrace pool and lake, and a washer and dryer.

Exercise and fitness centers are located in each building which makes it convenient to maintain your exercise program while enjoying paradise. In season, enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. Tennis courts, a video game room, and two spas are guaranteed to keep every member of the family entertained.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We supply plenty of pillows on each bed, extra sheets if needed, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels. Each unit is supplied with enough paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled in.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great location and roomy condo!
by Patty K.We had a great time and were very happy with our stay! Even though we were not right off the beach, it was an easy walk to the beach. There was a heated pool and hot tu b right on our grounds, which was not super busy, so had lots of room to play in the water. The condo was very clean and everything was easy to operate! Close to mini golf and other family activities!

It is clean, spacious, quiet, grea t location, very well stocked, beautiful pool, and the management is on their game!!!! They were so incredibly helpful and easy to work with, making the stay so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend getting the boat with your stay. What a great day spent at Crab Island. Zach at the marina was awesome as well. I will be back!!!
