On the first level is a fully stocked kitchen with new refrigerator Dining area that seats 6 with brand new dining room table!!! Living room boosts couch (which turn into a Queen sleeper for extra guests) and love seat and a Brand new 55″ inch flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD Player!! The owners have even put in a game table for great family fun!!

The first level also hosts a queen bedroom with 32″ flat screen TV, a Blue Ray DVD player, and a shared bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway or the queen bedroom. The hallway on the first floor has bunk beds. French doors lead to the balconies from both bedrooms and the living area. Enjoy ocean breezes and views of the Gulf of Mexico.
For your convenience and enjoyment there is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an ironing board and iron. There is also an assortment of games and Blue Ray DVD’s for for all ages. Sleeping accommodations include one king size bed, one queen size bed, one queen size sleeper sofa, and two twins (bunk beds) in the hallway.
The condo has gone through a complete makeover. Freshly painted walls, in soothing neutral beachy colors. New comforters and décor throughout.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view.
