Step into this gorgeous Oasis, just steps to the pool and Gulf!! This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is the perfect get away for a small family or a couple. This retreat hosts a completely renovated kitchen with open concept living! Cook your catch and enjoy dinner in the dining area that seats 6, or lounge on the comfortable sofa and stream your favorite TV shows while unwinding after a day at the beach! Right down the hall the kids will LOVE the bunk area! Full Bath is conveniently located and can be accessed through hall or master. Relax and unwind in your master suite that hosts a comfy king bed with walk in closet.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

It might take me awhile to leave this feedback. Our association with Kimberly Lane is nothing short of wonderful. Always ready to help with any concerns we have. However, when our condo was invaded with water (boo, nature), we were placed downthe str

My $60 shoes are ruined and I am missing some cords. If you want a comfortable, family friendly condo, this is it. Very close walk to the beach, but just be advised that you don’t have a direct view of the water bc it’s kinda behind a larger condo…but it’s still a much closer walk than if youst

Our stay was wonderful! The space and accommodations were top notch and helped us feel comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and such easy access! We really enjoyed Tijuana Flats (Mexican) for dinner one night and went back again before weleft.
The Publix grocery is nearby also, as well as a little Tom Thumb market too, so we cooked almost all our meals in the condo. Overall a truly wonderful stay!left.
