There are 116 parking spaces total and five of them are handicap. There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens, pillows, beach toys and beach towels. Two Back Pack beach chairs, with a beach umbrella. I even provide a board games, books and movies. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set!
Rental Items: We have a brand new pontoon boat exclusive to our guests only for rent as well as baby equipment, misc. Items, beach gear, paddle board, bikes and Kayak to make your vacation the best experience ever. Reserve in advance as we have a limited supply of items just for our guests.
The beach is your playground with beachfront pool and hot tub that connect to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, Fudpucker’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.
