Plan a trip to the beach and stay at Sea Oats. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, two bedroom offers you a great escape to the beach. Enjoy a partial view of the Gulf while relaxing on your private balcony. Decorated in tropical rich colors, with BRAND NEW floors!!! Spacious unit!! Large open floor plan! Master hosts a king size bed with a TV. Large private bath. Second bedroom hosts a Queen size bed and a TV. Living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests! Fully equipped Kitchen (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker combo) Large spacious balcony. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Beach Service Included (March- October)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

Perfect Short Stay
by Serena C.My family and I stayed 3 nights. We loved it. Everything was as described, and the pictures were accurate. Our 5-year-old LOVED the short distance to the beach and pool and our 18-year-old enjoyed her own room and bathroom. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could need, and the beach towels and availability of the beach chairs were great. We had a great stay and will definitely book again.

Everything was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 families, each had their own connecting bathroom. The extra items you supply helped us a lot. A sponge for dishes, never thought to bring one. You did. Everything is stocked so youcan
cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. There was an extra fan in the closet but A/C works so great, we did not need it. The beach towels you provide was nice when all of ours were used. Stackable washers and dryer work great so we came back with clean clothes and no laundry to do at home. The condo was clean and comfortable. Also, we left a bag behind and the cleaning crew turned it in. Thankful for that!can cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. We loved the unit and how close it was to the beach and other really nice restaurants. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were also wonderful! However, as previous guests have said, the 1 working elevator was definitely a buzz kill.

Cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms were rough and some paint jobs in the rooms. The furniture is getting pretty broke down too. The management company Lang was great to us, any problems, they took care of us right away. Our new favorite restaurant is Stewbys which was right across the street.
