I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide board games, puzzle and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
