This sprawling 3 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo on 1st level is perfect for families and small groups wanting elbow room and convenience while on vacation. Beautifully Upgraded, Gorgeous condo sleeps 8 and features spacious bedrooms with king, two queens and sleeper sofa, updated and elegant living and dining room areas, spectacular views of the gulf, or evening sunsets and dolphins at play, fully equipped kitchen area with lots of space for the chef in your group (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker) washer/dryer, TVs, DVD, stereo and more!

Beach Service Included (March- October)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

Perfect Beach Mornings
by James H.This was the perfect location, steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, and Stewby's seafood. The property was clean, as described, and they even made sure there were extra towels. The beach is steps away for an early morning cup of coffee. It was a perfect location for teens within eyesight of the pool and hot tub. Stewby's seafood and mini golf were just across the street with AJ's right across the street for evening dancing, music, and fun for the adults. The pull-out couch was comfortable with a good quality mattress. All the linens were super clean with extras in the closets. There were extra towels in every bathroom with beach towels at the back door. We had a wonderful stay and even hosted a dinner party with a local family. It is a super easy location.

Second year that we stayed here. I have been to many condos in Florida and I really believe this is the best. Love ground floor close to walkway and pool . The condo has everything we need . Had a issue with shower and it was fixed thatafternoon.Love
Stewbys restaurants good price and good food. Every other place was high price not so good food. One concern that we had both years was flies on the beach late in the afternoon. This year they ran us off the beach . I was told that it had something to do with the wind and horse stables north of us . I know you don’t have control of this but it really can be a problem. You guys are great to rent from and hopefully we will do it again. Thanks for a great week and I would recommend this condo .afternoon.Love Stewbys restaurants good price and good food. We had our best vacation ever at this property. We have a child in a wheelchair, so we needed a room that has easy accessibility to the parking lot, pool, and beach. This room was perfect. We spent a lot more time in the water since the beach andpool
are so easy to get to. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Some reviews mentioned low water pressure in the master bathroom--I think this can be fixed by changing the showerhead. I think it is damaged internally and needs to be replaced. A Slice of Heaven and My Happy Place ! I'm a beach person and this is my favorite condo EVER ! I always over pack because so many places don't supply enough TP, garbage bags, etc. Not here! EVERYTHING is here and plenty of it, and I loved it. 2garbag
e cans, plenty of bags, dish soap, fully supplied kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room full size top of the line washer and dryer. And my absolute to die for favorite "THE ICE MACHINE" 4 folding beach chairs and an umbrella, that works fantastic. 2 beach chair and umbrellas are offered for free on the beach too. But real beach bums like to go to the waters edge with the folding chairs and our own umbrellas. There are also 3 low chairs for the waters edge, and a big tent supplied by the owner to use. Beach toys, tons of beach towels. Never run out of bath towels. Nice size TV's in each bedroom, and huge a one in the living room. The furniture in the living room is really comfy too. We brought along our fire stick and watched a movie every night. Don't be like me and bug the Agent, LOL, Just, re-boot the router. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Everything is decorated nicely. Steps to the private beach and the pool. Clean common areas, good parking, easy access to the condo from the parking. I used the handi-cap and it was very convenient and easy for me. I have stayed at many of the other Condo's on the Island and Sea Oats is my favorite by far. I use to live in Ft. Walton and I love the beach, this is the place for me. The booking is easy and the they are attentive to your needs, if you have any, I didn't because everything is there. First floor condos are the best!!! That being said the end unit is in the direct path of the security lights in the adjacent buildings so I would suggest some black out curtains in the two bedrooms that face the side of the unit. I would alsosuggest
adding another outdoor chair on the patio so there is 4 chairs instead of three with a side table for coffee. Also, to solve the lack of pantry in the unit I would suggest moving some of the less used kitchen items to the laundry room cabinets so that there is room for non-perishables in the kitchen itself. I would also list on the unit amenities that there is already some beach toys, umbrella and 2 chairs there for use so you don’t need to bring that with you. Overall, the unit was was a good fit for our family and just steps from the gulf!suggest adding another outdoor chair on the patio so there is 4 chairs instead of three with a side table for coffee. My husband booked this condo for us, his son and daughter-in-law and our 18mo old grandson to meet for Thanksgiving. Having a ground floor apartment meant that our grandson could go out on the "balcony" without it being too worrisome but the gatewas
such that we didn't have to worry about him getting out and falling into the pool that was right outside the door. We could leave the doors open, hear the soothing sound of the ocean and relax. The beach was really just on the other side of the pool so this place had it all. The condo was lovely; contained everything we needed and allowed us to have a wonderfully relaxing vacation. I cannot recommend this condo enough. We only used two of the three bedrooms though our grandson liked to play in the small room with the bunk beds; when he's older we'll let him sleep there! Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and could get anything that we needed or had forgotten. We took a short drive over to the zoo which was lots of fun for our grandson. The description was spot-on. I also want to add that the owner was very accomodating. We arrived several hours earlier than we'd planned and she went home to set a new code so that we could get in sooner. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was not working and given that this was Thanksgiving, I spent more time washing dishes than I would have like. Our family vacation at Sea Oats 106 was one of the best we ever had. Being on the first floor was great and the only way to go! The kids loved being right at the pool and just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice not having to use theelevators.

The pictures for this condo doesn't do it justice. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this condo was. I am so glad I booked this condo. Last year we went to Panama City Beach and it was so packed with spring breakers that Iwa
nted something that was more family oriented for this year. The beach was absolutely beautiful and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for us. I've never stayed in a ground floor condo and I can honestly say that I don't know if I'd want to stay in anything that isn't ground floor now! We were totally spoiled! This condo is very clean and Management goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. I saw dolphins from the beach on two different days! My husband and father went to the Pier to fish and caught a ton of Spanish Mackerel. Because this condo had so much room I was able to have my parents (78 & 76) come along with us. I've made memories here with them that I will carry with me forever. My mom who is not a beach person really enjoyed this trip with us. Thank you for everything. My dad is already bugging me to book it for next year!wanted something that was more family oriented for this year. We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at this condo in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We had multiple families from TX, AL and PA that stayed in three condos next to each other on the first floor. We could walk right out to the pool and the beachan
d could even relax in front of the condo with the monitor outside while the kids took a nap. All the beds slept great and the TV and kitchen ficilities were wonderful. Everything to do was within a 15 minute ride and we enjoyed some great shopping and seafood dinners. The water was so crystal clear that we could see the fish in it and the beach is still the wonderful white sand that only the FL Gulf has. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a memorable and relaxing vacation.and could even relax in front of the condo with the monitor outside while the kids took a nap. The water was so crystal clear that we could see the fish in it and the beach is still the wonderful white sand that only the FL Gulf has. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a memorable and relaxing vacation.

We looked high and low trying to find accommodations that fit location, amenities, and price. This unit was perfect. Having a 2yr old and a 9yr old in our group, we knew there would be many trips back and forth from the pool and beach and this unitbe
ing on the ground floor was a lifesaver. Access to pool and beach was superb. The unit was very clean, nicely updated in decor, and had everything we needed (washer and dryer was a huge plus also). The Sea Oats property is on the smaller side which was fantastic which meant the two, very clean pools, were never crowded. The beach chair service was great too. Every staff member of the property was extremely nice. We had a great time staying here and we plan on doing it again next year too. Hopefully this unit will be available! This condo has it all. Great location to the pool and the beach. Great location to get to Ft Walton Beach (downtown) and great location to get to Destin!!! My family just spent a wonderful week at this condo and was impressed by the luxury andconveni
ence!!! I am sure our next stay on the island will be here, if we can get booked!!! Owners were easy to work with and everything went off without an issue. Not only is this property great for toddlers, but it is great for lazy teenagers as well!!! An easy walk to everything you may need...the pier with MANY restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping. The only time you need to get in your car is to get groceries.convenience!!! I am sure our next stay on the island will be here, if we can get booked!!! Fantastic condo!! Looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Pool is just outside condo which is very convenient with kids. It had everything we needed to have the perfect family vacation.

We had 8 people this trip and we were all very comfortable. The ground floor access to the pool and beach is biggest draw for us. Arrange your chairs just off your pool side patio and the restroom and fridge are just steps away.

My family (3 preteen children and husband) and my elderly parents had the pleasure of staying at Fosters on the Beach for the first week of June. Being able to stay on the first floor with a walkout couldn't have been more perfect for us. Theoutside
porch allowed us to watch our girls swim in the pool as we sat in the shade. At the same time, my parents have difficulty walking; therefore, the close proximity of the pool and ocean allowed them to enjoy themselves too. Originally, I was concerned that the noise from the pool might disrupt our privacy, but that was not the case AT ALL. The sliding glass doors really are sound proof. The ocean is visible from the porch as well. The inside of the condo was well furnished and supplied with many of the comforts of home (the only thing missing was a pizza pan). We of course ate at McQuires, and at Poppy's Lobster. Had lots of good food. To much.!!!! We were there Oct 23-29th it was perfect hardly anyone there so the crowds we're gone...didn't want to come home!them..lol.The ground floor was so convenient.
