I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (4) and a few beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Properties has enhanced its cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines. We are using thin bed coverings on all beds so they can all be washed in a timely manner between each guests. We do a two step process after each departure. 1st we sanitize or clean the entire unit to our very high standards and protocols. 2nd- Disinfect, we go back in and spray all high touch surfaces with hospital grade covid disinfectant. All sinks have hand soap dispensers to encourage the washing of hands. Maintenance: Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if units are occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check in and check out or when units are vacant to help decrease any chances of contamination.
Rental Items: We have a brand new pontoon boat exclusive to our guests only for rent as well as baby equipment, misc. Items, beach gear, paddle board, bikes and Kayak to make your vacation the best experience ever. Reserve in advance as we have a limited supply of items just for our guests.
Pirates Bay is waterfront residential community set along Santa Rosa Sound right of US Hwy 98. The complex is comprised of two buildings holding a total of 120 units with views overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and private marina.
