Gulf front with a gorgeous view!! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6. Large spacious open floor plan decorated in relaxing hues of a true vacation condo on the beach. Large fully stocked kitchen with large bar with seating for 4 guests. Dining area with seating for 6. Living area with wide open view of the gulf and beach with a 47" Flat Screen TV/DVD player with High Definition channels. Living area also hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with picture window of the gulf, sliding glass doors to the balcony, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player with high definition channels, full private bath with a walk in shower and separate vanity. Second bedroom hosts two twin beds, 27" Flat screen TV/DVD player and access to the second full bath. You can access the balcony from the living room or master. Gorgeous wide open view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with bar height table patio set.

Smoking is prohibited in unit and on patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
Island Princess is one of the nicest properties on Okaloosa Island. The building is 7 stories tall, a total of 137 units, with 500 feet of beach front property the beaches are never as crowded as Destin in the peak of the season. Gulf side pool which is heated in the winter months along with a hot tub. Exercise room and BBQ area with gazebos for cook-outs.

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and inviting. Customer service was amazing each time I contacted anyone. My only suggestion would be a step stool for the kids at the bathroom sink. Otherwise, we had everything needed!!

It was a wonderful visit again! Last year, we came for only 4 days and 3 nights and it was NOT long enough so this time we stayed for a week. It was a perfect setup for our little family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). It's such a clean condo(furni
ture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We love that it's only on the 3rd floor which made it easier to just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator every time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We love that there is beach service included. We love the Fort Walton Beach Area; we ate at places like Stewby's (the one on Racetrack where the locals eat); Burrito Del Sol; Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe (that's in Destin); and Cowhead. We shopped the little Downtown shopping strip on Miracle Strip in Fort Walton. We just loved our vacation so much and plan to come every year to this same condo. The only drawback was we were missing a remote for the TV in the master bedroom. But, that's an easy fix and certainly not something we would complain about. Thank you for having us!(furniture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We had a great vacation and loved staying at Island Princess unit 311 for our 4th time. We absolutely love this condo. It is always clean, fully stocked, and beautiful views of the beach. You also get an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for your visit.❤
️ Our favorite places to eat our Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, The Shack, and Asiago’s Skillet for breakfast, we also enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts and the 24 flavors Ice cream place. We had the most amazing vacation! This unit was beautiful. Spectacular views, very clean and well stocked with the necessities needed for the week. It was so nice to have beach towels there (one less thing to travel with) and the board games forlazy
