Relax and indulge in this beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the Master bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this light and cozy beach inspired vacation rental unit include granite counter tops, a newly renovated kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include new granite vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and VCR with free Net Flix. The two bedrooms have TVs with VCRs and the master bedroom has a CD stereo system. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (10) and a few beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Rental Items: We have a brand new pontoon boat exclusive to our guests only for rent as well as baby equipment, misc. Items, beach gear, paddle board, bikes and Kayak to make your vacation the best experience ever. Reserve in advance as we have a limited supply of items just for our guests.
