Relax and indulge in this beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With the Master bedroom facing the Gulf side of the unit, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this light and cozy beach inspired vacation rental unit include granite counter tops, a newly renovated kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include new granite vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and VCR with free NetFlix. The two bedrooms have TVs and the master bedroom has a CD stereo system. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. This beautiful condo offers a washer and dryer in the condo!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Pontoon boat exclusive to our guests only for rent. Reserve in advance. Boat is stored at marina in Fort Walton Beach. Pontoon Boat

Everything was ahhhmazing! Super easy check in, the condo was beautiful, location perfect perfect. The kitchen was super cute and very upgraded….the couch was very comfortable & huge. Island echoes is my favorite condo building in Fort WaltonBeach
and we’ve stayed at 11 different ones. 3H has the perfect location to beach & pool access with still getting the stunning view! Every rental from Kimberly Lang rentals has been amazing with excellent customer service and never an issue. This was a great condo and perfect for our family of 5. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of seating, and loved the beach towels. There were 4 chairs on the patio that we loved. The unit is right by the stairs/elevator andjus
t upstairs from beach access. It was very convenient! The kids bedroom had blackout blinds and curtains - our kids slept great. Our older kid slept on the sofa bed with no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay at Island Echoes. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, quiet and had just an awesome view of the gulf. Management was very polite and quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. We enjoyed walking thebeach
and exploring Fort Walton. At the suggestion of a local we tried a little seafood place called Stewbys. The food was great and the prices were about half compared to the overpriced, nothing special touristy restaurants on Miracle Strip parkway. Thanks for a great stay!
