Enjoy a true oceanfront location, and the gorgeous views to prove it! You'll be just steps from the beach at this charming condo. The stunning sunrise views are sure to inspire. If you're just coming back from the beach, enjoy a calming soak in the tub in the main bedroom's ensuite bathroom. The private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits, and the central air conditioning will keep everything cool. Enjoy cooking up delicious dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests will enjoy access to numerous shared amenities during their stay. But you may not be able to tear yourself away from the beautiful beach.

Beach Service Included (2 Beach chair and 1 umbrella each day set up for you at the beach) March through October.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat

Bella Riva 301 was an amazing condo. My family and i booked this trip for family fun on the beach and celebrating my mother’s 47th birthday. We originally booked a condo in the princess island but the property is under construction. The staff atKim
Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. The team member Michelle was very helpful, and very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay. The experience with booking with Kim lang along was great.With that being said, My mom had a blast and have not stop talking about the condo. She stayed in the master bed room and of course she said the bathroom is fit for a queen like herself. The view was beautiful. The other guest and residence were around but it was a peaceful stay. We felt secured with the codes on the gates and doors. The condo had extra towels and linen if we needed. We literally had no issues other than mother natures stormy weather but the condo was so nice we didn’t mind staying in.Kim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. This condo was everything we’d hoped and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. This condo offered plenty of space for the 8 people we had in our party. It was beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view. We would definitely come back!!!
