Upscale gorgeous condo with 10 ft ceilings, 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps up to 10 people in very large unit. New Coastal Décor through out! Ground floor unit with partial angled view. Very large Deck or Balcony with private stairs leading to a grassy area and then the beach. You do not have to walk through the condo or go down elevators to go to the beach. Unique for a condo. Just relax!!
Spacious entry way welcomes you to this fabulous condo. Master bedroom hosts king size bed, Flat Screen 43" TV/ DVD! Private bath with Whirlpool soaking tub, double vanities, tiled shower and door leading to balcony. Second bedroom hosts 2 full size beds, 43 Inch Smart TV and a DVD player. Third bedroom host twin bunks beds and Flat screen TV/DVD player. Living area has Queen memory foam sleeper sofa, 65 inch Smart TV and DVD player, with 10 ft sliding glass doors to your expansive patio. Dining area with full sized table and sitting for six. Fully stocked spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and large bar to entertain with 4 bar stools for extra sitting Owner prides herself on quality kitchen items, with extras like Roasting Pan, Crockpot, Ricer, Electric Can opener. Large capacity side by side washer and dryer in separate laundry room.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Great location!! Property was just minutes walk from lots of restaurants and fun. Numerous great restaurants within walking distance. Mini golf and ice cream directly a cross the street. Property is very clean and well taken care of. Unit was nice. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of dishes/towels and other necessities. Overall, a very successful stay and would recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had 10 people, 4 adults and 6 boys age 3 to 16. The condo was beautiful and within a short walk to the pool and hot tub as well as the walk over to the beach. We had everything we could need for cooking and never ran out of towels. The balcony was huge enough for all of us and a great place to keep all our wet sandy clothes. The company answered all my questions promptly and were so helpful with everything. This was my second rental through Kim Lang and I plan to rent through them next year.

Unit was great with all the necessary supplies one would need. Parking was easy. Pool was great. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Balcony was nice. This place was exactly as described. Had an amazing time there. The beach was just over the sand dune. Which was awesome. We did not have very far to go to get to the beach. The pool area was great too. They have 2 pools there so they were neveroverc rowded. The staff there is so friendly. I would definitely rent there again. It was perfect. Next time I will make sure not to pack so much. You basically spend most of your time in a swimming suit. You are either on the beach, on a boat or in the pool. We were very happy with the overall comfort of the condo. The only thing that was a little annoying was opening and closing the sliding door from the living room. I needs adjusted so the top and bottom wheels on the track roll without binding. Theroo ms were clean and nicely furnished. We had a great stay at this condo! We had 3 adults, 2 - 5 year olds, and 2 - 1 year olds. We all fit very comfortably. The condo was in great shape when we arrived. You could tell the condo had been recently cleaned. We were very impressed! It’sver y close to the beach and pool, a very short walk through the main building. It’s a corner unit, so it was very quiet which was nice. The customer service was fantastic, very fast and quick to respond. We had an issue with the parking passes which they resolved immediately. The only complaint we had and it is minor is the floors left our feet and socks black. There is only so much they can do to prevent this with the type of flooring in the unit though. The condo was very nice. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I pictured - I thought that the entrance off the deck would lead directly to the public beach access, but it was all fenced off and had to walk around the pool to get to thebeach . As a result, we didn’t use the deck much. The communication with the rental company was very good. Let us know the stove top was broken prior to us checking in, but it was still usable. We are a repeat guest at this condo. We love the condo unit, and the location. There are so many great places to eat near the area whether it be at Fort Walton or on the island or in Destin. Some of our favorite places include McGuires, Dewey Destin s (on the bay and on the main strip), harbor dockside, the Shack, and what-a-burger. We also enjoyed going to Destin Commons Mall as well as the outlet mall. And there’s many boutiques that are so much fun to go to.
