This three bedroom two bath unit has been totally updated and decorated in soft hues of beach decor that will sleep 8 guests comfortably. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 42″ flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchen is totally stocked with granite counter tops and french doors to your private patio with a very nice private gas grill. Dining area is off of the kitchen and leads to a screened in porch to enjoy that first cup of coffee or unwind from a day at the beach! Master suite hosts a queen size bed, walk in closet, vanity with tons of storage, 32″ flat screen TV, gorgeous wall to wall glass spa tile shower. Master also has sliding glass doors to the back yard. Second bedroom hosts 2 twin size beds, large closet, 26″ flat screen TV, Third bedroom hosts a queen size bed, large closet and 22″ flat screen TV. Second full bath off of the second and third bedrooms along with a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer.

The pool across from the Linkside entrance belongs to the Sandestin Owners Association and is available for all owners and their guests.
It is also heated from November to mid-March.

To complete your vacation this unit offers a 6 passenger golf cart for rent which makes your vacation complete. You can drive the golf cart all over the Sandestin Resort Property to all the wonderful amenities this resort has to offer. A separate rental fee is required for use of the golf cart which also includes drop off and pick up and charges the batteries.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.
Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Properties has enhanced its cleaning and sanitation procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines. We are using thin bed coverings on all beds so they can all be washed in a timely manner between each guests. We do a two step process after each departure. 1st we sanitize or clean the entire unit to our very high standards and protocols. 2nd- Disinfect, we go back in and spray all high touch surfaces with hospital grade covid disinfectant. All sinks have hand soap dispensers to encourage the washing of hands. Maintenance: Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if units are occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check in and check out or when units are vacant to help decrease any chances of contamination.
Rental Items: We have a brand new pontoon boat exclusive to our guests only for rent as well as baby equipment, misc. Items, beach gear, paddle board, bikes and Kayak to make your vacation the best experience ever. Reserve in advance as we have a limited supply of items just for our guests.
