One Suite hosts a King Sized Bed with 42" Flat Screen TV, with a full on suite bath. Second Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a Queen Sleeper and a 32" Flat screen TV. Beautiful on suite bathroom with no expense spared! Living room also hosts large open floor plan and a large 55" Flat screen TV, with Cable and HD channels (TV is WIFI connected!!) and black out drapes, Beautiful half bath off living room. Queen sleeper in living room for extra guests. Kitchen is completely remodeled and gorgeous with all high end stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, Electric Wine Opener with Wine Chilling Bucket, For those special nights! Full sized washer and dryer in unit! Fenced in patio with deck and shower for privacy and pets to roam safely!
Gated entry with a keypad on the patio.
Parking for 2 cars only
There is a gas grill and a spacious patio table with six chairs and two ottoman's.

Beach Access is directly across the street.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Pet friendly property! Up to 2 dogs allowed, around 65lbs or less. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes. Small fenced yard with dog waste bags and dispenser.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Our stay here was amazing. The easiness of checking in/out of the property is a plus. The inside was beautiful and clean and provided more than enough space for our entire family. There was also plenty of space to sit outback on the patio. The walk to the beach was easy. You literally just walk across the street to the beach entrance. Overall this was an awesome place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

My sister and I shared this condo . We are both in our mid sixties. The townhouse was beautiful. Even though, it's a short walk to the beach, we chose to drive and park in the free parking across the street from the townhouse. The property is in agre at location. Near restaurants and attractions. We visited with our friend who was staying in Destin (only a 15 minute drive). Kimberly quickly responded to any request we had. We came down to Fort Walton Beach for our sons wedding on Oct. 20th 2022. Had a super time. The wedding was at the Watervue,located on the water,had a wrap around deck and great views of the water. Rehearsal dinner was at Alli Italian bistro, onBrook St. Again a great place to eat. Our condo 356 Billfish unit 7 was every thing we could have asked for. My husband and sister and brother in law all loved the place. It was super clean and in a very convenient location to the wedding venue. We all had a great time. Short walk across the street to beach access and the beautiful beach. We also went on a sunset dolphin cruise down in Destin on the Sea Blaster. Had a great time,saw lots of dolphins up close, the captain and crew members were great. We enjoyed breakfast at the Broken Egg in Destin,highly recommend. Also McGuire in Destin,great food. Overall my vacation was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Kimberly Lang to my friends and family. I will use again myself. The condo exceeded my expectations. This place is super nice and CLEAN. My wife is a cleanaholic and she was even impressed with how well the place was cleaned. All the appliances are super nice and the space is roomy. The only complaint we had is the king mattress needs replaced. It w as very, very firm and we woke up stiff both mornings. This is the perfect place when you have a group of say 6 people or more.
